This company went above and beyond to get the part needed to fix my AC. Where I was going to have to wait a week during heat advisory days, I only had to wait less than 24hrs. From the Supervisor who called the parts company himself to speed up delivery, to the secretary who addimately kept me in the loop, to the service guy that was prompt and professional. My A/C stopped working right in the middle of a 100+ degree heat wave. I knew all repair businesses were extremely busy but Elite was able to schedule my repair for the next day. The service was done with care, on time, good communication, and at a reasonable rate. I was extremely pleased and grateful.

Had a condenser replaced. There was a mix up on the install date initially, but Josh addressed it. We were very pleased with the result and appreciative of both Josh working with us to get it done and the technicians who did such a great job outside in some terrible heat.

Today Jacob and Zachary installed my Heat and A/C units they did a fantastic job and fixed a few things to make them run better for years to come I would recommend them to everyone Thank you From Frank & Tammy.

Elite Services was a referral I wasnt sure about. I couldn't have been more pleased with this company from the office personnel to.the installers. They were all happy to help me and wanted to make sure I had a good experience. The consultant Josh Copeland was confident and made sure we got what we needed along with some perks. His joy for the job and desire to make sure we were covered was very much appreciated. The installers had the two worse days to work in the Oklahoma heat and were exceptional. Being in direct sunlight and an attic was a real struggle but they got the job done on time and the work was clean and completed professionally. I couldn't be more happy with the results. Thank you! This company is run by good hearted honest and capable people. They are not out to charge you an arm and a leg, they just want to help you fix your ac problems as cost effective as possible. So hard to find companies like this.

A/C repair tech Antonio was GREAT!! He explained what the problem was and WHY,I was having the problem. Possibly avoiding any future mishaps. He is a great asset to the company.

Tech tried to tell me we needed a new AC unit. The tech inspected the wrong unit for the part of the house that wasn’t functioning properly. There was nothing wrong with the unit he “tested.” Another hvac company quickly diagnosed the minor issue on the correct unit. I wouldn’t trust their techs or their billing department.

Elite Service was there for me from the beginning. Bc I signed up for their maintenance plan in Oct 2023. When my furnace caught fire Jan 2024 I was able to prove I had a prior inspection on my furnace showing it was in good shape. My home owners covered both my furnace and my AC unit! I’m so glad I didn’t have to pay $9700 out of my own pocket!! Thank you Elite Services!!

This is our go-to HVAC company; professional, courteous and thorough. From their sales team to the technicians in the field and even the administrators getting everything scheduled from the office, it's all stress free. Antonio has been our technician and he always does a fantastic job without exception. Josh Copeland is the sales representative I can always call if an issue arises; a true man of action. Last but not least, Odessa in the office is always on top of her game, reminding us when we have appointments coming up or when we need to schedule are semi annual service. God is great!

My AC went out on Sunday night, so I called Josh to see how soon he could come and check the system. He promptly called me back and said he would be there between 11 and noon on Monday. True to his word, Josh arrived on time. He had my AC up and running within an hour and provided me with a quote for a future system replacement, without any hard sell or pushy tactics. My system is over 20 years old, but thanks to Josh and the Elite service team, it’s still going strong. I highly recommend Josh and the Elite service team. elite was responsible for installation when home wa built over 20 years ago , been doing twice yearly maintenance as required . Been an excellent company that keeps in contact with us for all our maintenance needs & repairs if needed .

The man who fixed my thermostat did so quickly and politely. However, since I have a check-up and filter replacement policy with them, I was hoping for a less expensive or free service call. Apparently my policy with them doesn’t help with an unexpected issue.

Kinty Jones (Elite Service) has taken care of our heat/air systems in our home and business for years. They respond quickly for any service we need and we really appreciate their maintenance plans they offer.

I was having a noise problem with my American Standard air handler blower. I had one company check it but did not fix the problem. Antonio with Kinty Jones was and to find the issue and fix it. We can now sleep through the night without waking up when the ac kicks on.

Had Elite install my new HVAC system in 2019 with some changes couldn't be more pleased! Brian did an amazing job with my Quote and made sure the job was done right. Elite has also been servicing my equipment 2x annually. Leilani and Odessa in the office are the sweetest and both have excellent communication skills!
