Frank from Texas and partner Mike great to work with. Frank is the best installer I know. Job was 10 stars. Sears was great.

Do not use these people. I hired them to install siding on my house. It took them two months to allegedly finish the project. Further, they did not have enough trim ordered and reused the old trim that is a different color. My house looks like a clown house. I had to give them one star to write this review. They ripped me off and now I am stuck with a clown siding house installed by clowns. Oh, and they stole one of my ladders and a level. Think about it, they came to install siding without a level or ladder. I will have to hire a real contractor to fix their mess. I may sue the contractor, subcontractor, Sears, and Home Advisor. Again, do NOT use these guys. I would call them crooks; but I don’t think they are that smart. I cannot come up with the proper words to express my displeasure with these clowns and their circus attitude.

Your sales rep David Cecil, is phenomenal. Every person I've spoke with has been pleasant. Contractors didn't show we used propane, so he had no kit. He stated that he would return the next day to complete installation (my heart sunk). At some point he decided to go to Muskogee and get kit. Thanks so much to for all you do. Now we're just chilling!

The man you have sent out sits on the back of his truck and plays on his phone this apartment complex has been without air for a month and I don't appreciate him doing anything

We had Jackson Mechanical come measure up a few projects for my manufacturing plant. I have new equipment ordered and needed someone to add the chiller and piping. It would be several hundred thousand dollars of work. 6 weeks later they are unresponsive. I have called, emailed, and texted weekly. I wouldn't recommend for a job with any size to it.

I was blessed beyond measure by one of your employees, Marquise. He is working on the heating and air at the church my little girl goes to preschool at. My little girl was having a rough morning and I was sitting on the sidewalk with her, trying to comfort her. I had so many things to carry and her. Marquise came to check on us and carried all of her bags and things while I carried my little girl to class. He is so kind, a gift from God when I needed help. I’m in tears typing this because I’m so thankful for Marquise. He is a treasure and I want you to know what an amazing man you have working for your company.

Happy Home Heroes has become my go-to company for home repairs and maintenance. They’ve helped us install a scent machine to our HVAC system. They've also helped us with a plumbing issue and built us some custom cabinets for our bathroom. They have been great and easy to work with.

Happy Home diagnosed the issue quickly and got it fixed. It was also nice having Matt help with a few repairs around the house while he was there. Friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
