Today we had Shawn from quick temp come out and service our unit. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. During our service visit he found a capacitor that was going bad. He showed us and replaced it. Also recharged our freon level. He was more than willing to answer any questions had for him. I have used quick temp before in the past and will continue to use them. I highly recommend them.

Great experience they gave me options on service of an old AC. Very professional and thorough and explained in detail what the options weee and the work they performed

Service Wizards have truly been miracle workers!! Huge shoutout to Vickie. She's incredibly responsive and always gets us on the calendar fast. And Dewayne? HVAC expert and part-time science YouTube show host. He has a real talent for diagnosing issues, explaining them in a way that’s clear (and oddly fun), and following through with clear communication and service that goes above and beyond.

When it comes to a good night’s rest, HVAC needs to be steady year-round, and because of the team at Service Wizards, we’re sleeping soundly and waking up ready to take on the day!

Skye our service tech was was such a kind soul ! She was thourgh in her task of making sure our a/c unit will be good to go this summer. She was mindful and so courteous! If we need anymore servicing, I will be asking for her !! Thanks Service Wizards !

Myron came out today. He was so kind and pleasant to visit with as he answered all my many questions about our unit in our new home. He serviced our unit and cleaned it thoroughly. He's a very nice man and we appreciate his sharing his years of HVAC knowledge to help us understand this system. Thank you, Myron! I called this morning to have my AC serviced and they got me in right away. The technician Myron was very professional, communicated well and truly knew what he was doing. I would recommend him and this company. Because this company treating me so well, I will continue to use this company.

Dwayne was here before his scheduled time and stayed long enough to do a very thorough examination and fix of our air conditioning service. He went above and beyond! So grateful for his time and service.

I was referred to Service Wizards by our electrician after our air conditioner caught on fire and we needed a complete system replacement. Danny made sure that everything was done to our expectations. Seth and the crew did an excellent job, working through some unexpected challenges with professionalism and great courtesy.
