This is my second time sharing feedback for this plumbing company, and I can't say enough good things about their team. Today, Jerome and Walter helped me out with a couple of plumbing issues—a leaky outdoor spigot and a pipe under the kitchen sink that was dripping. Jerome kept in touch all morning, letting me know he was on top of things and updating me when Walter was on his way over. That’s what I call great customer service! Walter was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure everything was fixed quickly and took the time to get the job done right.
