Awesome people there, definitely one of the go to stores in the Tulsa area for plumbing supply.

These people don't have it together. Some lady in the credit department kept hanging up the phone when I called. They can't verify payments correctly. It's ridiculous.

These people where rude all around seem to have no India of wat was needed
And once I was notified that my order was ready I went to pick it up and what do you know, it’s not ready

She did everything she could to track down parts to frame a shower bought at Lowe's. Lowe's didn't even carry the framing work to the finish it out.

Horrible service was there 4 mins before close and they locked door and walked out when asked why close not 5 said sorry man then turned to co work and said idc will never be back would advise going to Locke instead .

I have wasted so much time here! I ordered some pipe for the company I work for from this place, they quoted me a price. I picked up the pipe. They sent the company I work for a bill that was twice as high as the price they told me. This made me look very bad at the company I work for. Now I will not let the company I work for buy anything from this place and I will do all I can to stop others from having this problem as well by warning them away from these people.

I was at Ferguson Plumbing today to purchase parts for a kitchen fixture that I purchased from Ferguson. The gentleman at the parts counter was very helpful. He worked very hard to find the part as it had been discontinued. He then found the part.

Didn't have my part but was so kind to refer me to another supplier after checking to see if they carried the brand I needed. Very nice and way beyond what I expected! Thank you!!

If you are a home owner or just someone trying to fix your own plumbing issues do not go here. They were rude upon entry. I was looking for a stem for a Kohler bathtub faucet when I tried Ferguson. No one greeted us. When I asked where the stems were, the associate let out a loud audible sigh and said around the corner. When I went around said corner I didnt see them so I asked another associate and he said "turn around dude, what you didnt see them?" I ignored him looked for the part and they didnt have it. Out of the 19 stems total they had none were close. I tried a place called Heatwave and they killed it. Greeted me, took the stem, brought a perfect match replacement, and it was an amazing price. The guy at heatwave, when I told him what happened at Ferguson, was polite, but explained that Ferguson doesnt like non-plumbers because we are too hard to deal with. When I went to Ferguson I knew what I wanted. Removed and replaced the part from my house myself. This was after 3 separate roto rooter plumbers failed to simply replace a stem and seat. Stay away from Ferguson. They are simply terrible.

Connor and Pat are great! We have been using Ferguson for a couple of years now! They always take care of us, we highly recommend this company they are very professional!

Not enough stars on this site for this place. Walked in here, needing one small part for a kitchen sink. The total cost of this part is maybe $1. Two people spent 20+ minutes troubleshooting, researching and eventually finding the right part, calling their Delta rep, and having it delivered tomorrow from OKC. Could not possibly overstate their awesome customer service.

I spoke with Kathy today regarding an order. She was amazing!! Cheerful, patient and went the extra mile to help me!! She met and solved all my questions!!!! She’s a keeper!!🌺🌼
