I did something really dumb!
Even though I hate to tell on myself, I would like to thank Beacon Plumbing more than expose my embarrassment!
I make custom, up-scaled, faux floral wreaths and arrangements.
Instead of tossing my unused twigs, berries and glitter in the trash, I flush them down the potty!
The potty could only take so much and got so stopped up that nothing we tried would unstop it!
We finally broke down and called a plumber.
We really didn't want to call a professional because we had never had any luck with them.
They either didn't show up, were hours late, and always cost an enormous amount.
A neighbor said he had had good luck with Beacon, so we called them.
Ohhhh my goodness!
They were prompt, professional, unstuck my potty in no time at all and didn't leave a mess in my bathroom!
And.....were so affordable that I didn't even need a charge card!
I actually had enough cash (which is unusual because I usually don't have much cash) to pay them out of my purse!
So now you know about my poor decision of tossing things down the potty that shouldn't go there, but about my GREAT decision to call Beacon.
They were amazing and I will certainly use them again...with my next mess up!!!

After a sanitary sewer backup into our home, we discovered that our 70 year old private sewer line had to be replaced. EC Plumbing & Drain gave us the best bid by a long shot, that beat out the big companies you see advertising on television. They're dedicated. They may take a bit, but they do everything they say they're going to. I'm very satisfied with the work overall. They definitely know what they are doing when it comes to the work. And when it comes to their end - they always had their i's dotted including communication with the city. (permits, etc) I got the impression that they were just solely focused on the work and getting it done properly - and that just caused them to overlook communication. They are phenomenal at what they do, they just don't necessarily communicate when they'll be there, where they are in the process, etc. But there were roadblocks that were not entirely their fault. So maybe they wanted to wait until they worked through to communicate. Overall work was great. I did have to ask them to put something back how it was, but they fixed it same day no problem. Again, very dedicated and do what they say they will.

I've experienced Shyma O'Connor with O'Connor Plumbing to be exceptionally qualified and knowledgeable regarding tankless hot water tanks and can highly recommend him for this specialty in particular

Best plumbing experience I've personally ever had. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly what I was talking about when described over the phone and came out to take a look quick. Fixed with ease. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!
