I was extremely happy with the entire process, including the quote and the advisement provided by Shyma. They did a great job, removing our old hot water heater and replacing it with a tankless version. Great pricing and service as well. I highly recommend these guys.

By far the nest plumber in the Tulsa metro. Shyma really shines through the rest with craftsmanship I have not seen since leaving the west coast. professionalism you only see in a white collar business. From start to finish of my project, they treated my property like it was their own. clean, very fair priced and extremely knowledgable.

We have used Wise Plumbing for multiple uses. Setting up my new dishwasher to installation of my garbage disposal. As well, a few leaks in my pool pump.

When you call this company for your repairs you won't be sorry! They do great on their promise to always leave the job site better than it was before! Will be calling them for all my future plumbing issues!

The technician that did my repair left several inches of water covering my utility room floor. I had a dry floor with no standing water before they showed to do the work. I had a considerable mess to clean after they left. 1402 s delaware pl.. I was contacted by the manager who said he would correct this issue going forward....

Manager man.. good thing you got rid of him cause he lied to you. The utility room was my exit every morning, I had the floor dry with a rug down before he showed. He was nice enough to remove the rug before hand

I have used Wise Plumbing on several projects. Each experience was above and beyond what was expected.

At my personal house I had a leak in my hot water tank closet. I placed a call, withing an hour leak was fixed with minimal clean up need.

Fast response, courteous and well spoken employees at a fair price is what Wise Plumbing delivers.

I would consider using Wise again, b/c I believe them to be honest. We did have an issue with communication which seemed to have resulted in a longer time to completion (and thus significantly higher bill). Scene was:
*Attempted to fix a wax ring leak myself, found out it was the metal flange --> needed professional solution
*Called Wise and got appt, requested to be called by plumber on his way to house. I was working and my wife was there
*No call from plumber. He started work and had to buy flange, plumber left house
*Plumber returned, got toilet back in ground, found that another leak in tank (NOT previously there before) and had to leave again to get specialty part - my wife told me this, still no dialogue with plumber
*Plumber returned and fixed tank leak
*All this took about 3.5 hours ... roughly 2 hours of the plumber actually being at the house. I was billed for 4 hours.

SO - my impression is that if I need them again, I will be there on site to ensure everything is communicated and tested up front. Any parts that I could purchase ahead of time, I will do so. I was able to speak with their office coordinator, and she was very pleasant; I just never got to talk through the scenario with the plumber and that I believe caused the issues above. I spoke with the owner and he worked with me on the billing. He seems like a very decent man. The plumber there was very nice as well, per my wife, I just wish I could have spoken with him before or during the project.

My outside hydrant was leaking. They came out very quick. there was not a water shut off near the hydrant so they shut it off at the water meter. They installed a ball valve so if the hydrant ever needed to be replaced again it could be without having to go to the meter. Sheet rocked replaced and looked better than before they came. Highly recommend this company.
