Wise Plumbing was referred to us by friends. They came out the next day after an afternoon request, were on time, efficient and let us know how to maintain clean kitchen pipes. Price was as expected. We would definitely use them again.

I called Matt Wise early today on Sunday morning with a water issue. He contacted Jerry his team member to make sure Jerry was available. Matt called me back in 3 minutes and Jerry was available. He arrived by 9am, diagnosed the situation and performed the necessary work. I had Jerry also do some additional preventive maintenance while here! Kudos to the Wise Plumbing team for this emergency run. Matt’s company is young, but they are professional, experienced and thorough. Give them the opportunity to help you and you will be a satisfied customer like me!

Great service and good prices

Called tonight on a Saturday night...we had sewage backed up into our bathtubs and shower...Mr. Wise answered the phone and I had an emotional breakdown on the phone with him...(It's been a long week...ac went out earlier this week)..he was so nice to me and let me have my moment and didn't hang up on some crazy lady crying... He was very caring and sent Jordan out to help right away. Then Jordan listened to my ramblings and why I had my breakdown and was so nice and fixed it quickly! The price was reasonable for an after hours/weekend rate! I definitely found a caring company who showed compassion for this momentarily emotional momma...I will use them for future issues(hopefully I'm not crying then..sorry!). Thank you both for listening, being patient and helping my little family! It means more than you probably know. God bless you both!

Tyler and his crew were friendly, efficient, and arrived on time. They are honest and the cheapest plumbing company around! Didn't overcharge, available the same day and arrived on time to fix a clogged floor drain, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful. 10/10!! Will be using them in the future.

I am so thankful for Wise. I was able to get an appointment extremely fast after finding a large puddle under my sink which turned out to be a multiple leak situation in my slab. The guys got there early and stayed until they checked every last joint was sealed. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Solid service end to end. We had an issue with a copper pipe that had multiple pin size leaks - long story short, Wise Plumbing (Davonte) was able to head out immediately on a Saturday to address this issue. Replaced this section of pipe, pressure tested the water coming into the house to ensure it was not excessive and the cause of leak, and he did it in less than a couple of hours. Their hourly rate plus parts charge is much more reasonable compared with other quotes I received from other “highly rated” companies. Wise will be my go to for all plumbing needs moving forward.

Terrible service, lying about price and changing price without telling us, also worker says one thing and then the company says another this made them not fully complete there job. they take back their words and have very rude workers. I would highly recommend never call them for help you will save yourself from a big headache!!
