I purchased a Signature tub assembly that I am having an issue with on line. My first contact was November 10, 2020. I sent the last requested information November 14. I continued to follow up but never received a reply (I received read receipts on my emails). I reached out to Signature directly and they referred me back to Ferguson even though their distributor was not responsive.
Don't use Signature products or Ferguson. They don't stand behind them.

If you order a part you better make sure you know more than they do and ask every question to make sure they order the correct part and the correct COLOR!! The parts guy was not the brightest person and of course he ordered the wrong part color after I walked him through the part numbers. It took a while before he realized I wasn't ordering an entire faucet, I just wanted a sprayer.

One of the most positive experiences that I’ve had in months. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more welcomed, anywhere. The level of desire to give me a hand by Matt in plumbing was just rare experience. Thank you Matt. Thank you Ferguson.

UPDATE: Jessica the new manager at Ferguson has resolved my issue completely. Glad to see that they have put someone in place to correct issues. Thanks Jessica/

Worst service ever. Bought downdraft in January - got them out to see what was wrong with it the first service call and was told their people installed it wrong. Five service appointments later - still not working and it's September the 26th. Store personnel uneducated on what they sell. I would not EVER purchase anything from these people again. I even called their corporate office - they don't care. Once you buy it - they are out.

They are all amazing people and very helpful, nice, and funny. I really appreciate them a lot and recommend you guys come here for any plumbing related things or questions.

Poor customer service poor communication place an order for toilet on Thursday. Got a phone call the toilet will be there with the first truck. Got another phone call on Friday. The toilet is here. I dropped to the place and wait for about an hour until they finish unloading the truck and inform me that they don’t have the toilet and anyway I was supposed to wait for a text message confirming that the toilet is there next time don’t come before you receive the text. That was the lady last comment but she also say I’m gonna put the urgent message in the toilet will be here on Monday. I listen for her advice and didn’t came all day on Monday because I didn’t receive a text message, I called Tuesday morning. The guy let me know. Was there all the time since Friday I believe well on my way there now and by the way, still without seeing a text message that the toilet is there but full confirmation again over the phone the toilet is there I’ll keep you posted.
The toilet arrived no surprise completely wrong toilet wrong color and decide to make a change on the order because he couldn’t find the toilet I can order for to give to the customer thank you, Ferguson

We can’t say enough great things about Lauren H at Ferguson. We went to look at plumbing fixtures for a home we are building out of state. We ended up looking at their HUGE supply of appliances and their plumbing fixtures. Lauren was SO knowledgeable with so much insight into the pros and cons of everything we looked at! She is truly a professional!!

ASAP plumbing is great! The crew showed right on time when they said they would and were fast at locating the problem and were very thorough and showed great expertise in plumbing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has any plumbing problems!

These gentlemen installed a 40 gallon water heater for me.
They were very polite,courteous and professional.

The plumber showed up promptly and replaced my toilet in a very short time. I’m extremely pleased with their work.

Rich was great and helped us replace our downspout in the sink in a bathroom and he also placed a locknut for us. He also helped us diagnose a toilet flange leak and a toilet leak so that we could proceed with repairs. Great company: rapid service, professional attitude and they show great integrity. Highly recommended! They have also done PEX replacement in our front yard. We are so thankful for their hard work and expertise.

this is a very professional company, very knowledgeable and on-time. i loved that they informed me of all the ways they where going to fix the issue, as well taught me of some ways to keep this from happening again. they explained the process thoroughly and let me make the choice before fixing the problem, i was able to decide whether i wanted to proceed with the repairs. small, local, and very efficient , i will use them for all my and my families plumbing needs.
