Well it's a Saturday and we needed a repair of a supply line on our water heater. We all know those dreaded unexpected expenses that hit you like a ton of bricks. But after reading such good reviews I chose Wooten Knockout Plumbing. I'm so very happy we did. Bradley Wooten has acquired a new client that was so impressed with his down to earth persona, his eagerness to help any way he can, and his ability to get the job done. First and foremost, I was thoroughly impressed with their level of professionalism. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, they handled themselves with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. They took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, and provided clear and concise communication throughout the entire process.

Speaking of courtesy, the team at Wooten Knockout Tulsa Plumber were some of the most courteous individuals I have had the pleasure of working with. They were respectful of my property and took the necessary precautions to ensure that everything was protected during the job. They were also incredibly patient and willing to answer any questions I had along the way.

When it comes to responsiveness, Wooten Knockout Tulsa Plumber exceeded my expectations. They were always prompt in returning my calls and messages, and were quick to schedule an appointment that worked for my busy schedule. They were also very flexible and accommodating, which was greatly appreciated.

Originally had them out to snake my main drain. They did me a favor by not charging for one direction. After calling them out again, they gave me a huge discount, but it became obvious i had a bigger problem. On their third visit, they charged me $0 and set up to replace my pipes.

Their estimate was exactly what i was charged, and everything works like new after the repair. Fully recommend. Mike, Dawson & Devon are great guys too!

Best plumbing company! Had a plumbing issue and Wooten was very fast to respond and set up an appointment very soon after I called. Trey from Wooten was very professional and kind. He fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. If I ever have another issue I’ll definitely call Wooten.

Needed a hot water tank replaced. The Tank was still under warranty so no cost there. Wooten wanted $2000.00 for labor (3 Hours). Who charges $650 an hour? When I asked why so much, I was told it was because they provide a 1 year warranty. Didn't know I was paying for an extended warranty LMAO!

The technician who showed up was very polite and professional, but that's about all I can say positive about this company.
I was also charge a $95 service fee (Not disclosed up front).

I ended up getting the work done by another company for less than $1K.

We had a pipe bust on a Saturday morning, after dealing with insurance, we called Wooten Knockout and they had Trey out within an hour! He was super informative and made sure we were taken care of! Trey was very kind, even on a Saturday afternoon! We will for sure be using them for any future issues!

Wonderful, friendly company that we have used numerous times. Fair, competitive prices and Dillon has been more than helpful. I highly recommend!

Wooten Knockout did a fantastic job. Our plumber was extremely personable and knowledgeable and was able to take care of both issues we had. Pricing was very reasonable, even on the weekend, and they were able to respond very quickly. Highly recommend.

Finally found a company that I will use from now on! Dawson and Cody with Wooten Knockout Plumbing were awesome! They came out same day and replaced my hot water heater, doing it fast and still being extra helpful and informative. Seriously the best service we have ever had! Lee, our plumber, did really great work installing our new water heater. I highly recommend Wooten Knockout Plumbing. It cost significantly less compared with quotes I got from other larger companies.

Trey came out to replace the main shutoff inside our house and was done with the entire job before I even realized he had set up. Not only do we have a new, easier shutoff valve, but he fixed it in a way that allowed us to finally replace the bottom drawer of our bathroom cabinet (which I had to alter back when I put it in ten years ago). It was very apparent that Trey knew his stuff and had an eye for practically. Wooten also does upfront pricing, which took a lot of anxiety off my wife and I. Heartily recommend this company, especially for the Perkins area.

The plumber is polite. He identified my issue which was not plumbing. He diagnosed my issue and offered to return without extra pay if it didn't work. I have recommended him to two friends.

I am very pleased with Wooten Plumbing. Lee came out with in an hour of me calling for an appt. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had me fixed up in under 2 hours. He also did a thorough clean up after the work. He was very kind and respectful. I would highly recommend Wooten!

Wooten Knockout Plumbing were terrific taking care of our residential job. Showed up on time, friendly professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Had a tech out, showed up for 15 minutes. Told me he couldn't fix my issue without tearing into my wall. He then left without giving me an invoice. I then received a bill for $125 for no work, and still had to have a 2nd plumber out who fixed my issue in 20 minutes and with my wall intact. Poor communication and tried to do more work than necessary. Don't recommend.

You guys were great! We had a pretty bad leak, and they came to our rescue. He even had some good ideas, and prices to let us know as a way to prevent anything from happening in the future. Which was great. So of course it froze, so we had him come back. We ended up redoing most of our plumbing. They were absolutely great. Really nice office staff and crew. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good plumber.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU HAVE THEM COME TO YOUR HOUSE:
I have been debating on changing this review for a week thinking things would get resolved. However, here we are a week later, $700 spent and we still can't flush our toilets. So it started a week ago when our main sewer backed up. Wooten Plumbing came out and snaked it. We were under the impression that everything was fixed and we were back running. However, the next morning my washer backed up. So we called Monday morning and told them what had happened. They sent someone back out. He got here and snaked the washer and said he couldnt get through. He then told us it would be another charge to snake it through the vent on the roof. (Remind you this is what was supposed to be fixed on Saturday). He then left. My husband called back. They said they couldn't keep sending people out every time our sewer backs up but they would send someone out. So we wait again for someone, but no one shows up. Now we have been without plumbing for a week with the same clog. I am beyond unsatisfied now. We have gave them our business and a lot of money. This isn't how you treat people. We had almost all our plumbing redone through them and have paid well over $5000 for the work that has been done. We shouldn't be without plumbing a week later.

I have used many plumbing companies for my home and business in the past. Most were over priced and poor work quality.
I found this company few years back and since then I’m highly impressed with their work. Their price is reasonable, all the people they sent to do my work were super professional and the ladies that usually help customers at the office to set up appointments are awesome!

Trey was amazing! Went above and beyond to help fix an ongoing issue that roto rooter would temporarily fix and not get back to me about fixing the actual issue. I cannot recommend them enough! Timely responses, reliable and fair priced! Thank you, Trey!

We tried a couple others before finding Wooten, but after our first experience with them, they became our go-to guys. They're friendly, experience & informative. And after today's visit, we'll be asking for Lee by name moving forward. He was so nice, respectful & I even felt I learned a thing or two from him. We have a reoccurring issue at this house, so it's nice knowing that we have dependable guys like Lee, at a great place like Wooten Knockout Plumbing.
