I am super pleased with our service from half moon. Our tech was Nicolas and he was super knowledgeable and fixed our clogged pipe within hours of our call. We had him back to clean out the pipes and fix an issue with our clean out drain that the builder left us with. Also recommended a few other things so we don't have to go through this again. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs that may arise and highly recommend then! Ask for Nicolas he is your guy!!!

Andrew came out to help us make a plan with our slab leak. He was very professional and helpful. He walked us through the process and what to expect. We were able to set up a plan and get it all scheduled. He was concerned about making sure we were ok with the water being shut off for a few days. Very kind and helpful.

Evan came to do the repairs for us. He was very kind did an excellent job. We have been very happy with our experience with your company!

My experience with Half Moon Plumbing was truly top-tier! As a single female, I really appreciated the text message confirming my technician was on the way—complete with a photo and brief bio. How great is that, before he arrived, I already felt at ease.
From the moment I called to schedule, the person who answered was kind, professional, and helpful. The three technicians who ended up coming to my home were all professionally dressed, clean-cut, and very respectful of my house. They were pleasant, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything clearly answering all my questions (even as I kept thinking of more!).
Their work trucks were clean and fully stocked with the tools and parts needed to get the job done. The inspection camera they used was incredibly clear. They send you all the pictures and videos they take after everything is complete.
Jayton was the first technician to visit; he diagnosed the issue and explained the recommended repairs I needed. A few days later, Noah and Ethan arrived with every part needed and got everything fixed efficiently and professionally.
I highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing. Professionalism is hard to find these days, but Half Moon has it mastered—from the first phone call to the final fix. They operate like a well-oiled machine! The work that was done: Hydro jetted main line to remove sludge build up, rebuild kitchen drain, installed an air admittance valve, installed a pressure regulating valve on the incoming water line, rebuild manifold to accommodate the PRV, installed a power flush toilet, installed an air admittance valve in guest bathroom. They ran the camera before and after verified debris had been cleared, tested all new connections for leaks, new toilet tested functioning properly with no leaks, tested water pressure to house. Nothing is cheap anymore, but I feel for the level of service, level of knowledge, and professionalism this company brings to the table the pricing was spot on.

Jackson was very professional and very detailed. He spent alot of time explaing things to me and listening. However, your prices are WAY TOO HIGH! He quoted me almost $400 to install a toilet tank assembly kit. I was able to get my handyman to do it for $100, parts & labor.

Also, there is NO WAY I'm going to finance over $200 for 15 years...that is CRAZY!

I was thoroughly disappointed in your costs.

Garrett, Juan and Mike worked hard on getting our water going quickly. On a weekend so we were very surprised and so so pleased with their work ethic, communication on the progress being made and times to expect them. They stayed in contact with us. We didnt have to guess when they would be here. Garrett moved mountains on a Sunday to get our work rolling promptly Monday morning. Happy to announce we now have running water. We so so please and will be customers for life!!!! Thank you, Half Moon guys! You're legit and such hard workers! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!!

Jeremy and Noah did an Excellent job of making sure my outdoor faucet problem was fixed. They were personable, professional, protective of my property(shoe coverings, etc) and left everything as neat as possible when they were done.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Half Moon Plumbing are the BEST!!!

Yesterday, I called Half Moon Plumbing about replacing my hot water heater. Jackson showed up soon after and provided the most affordable and straightforward quote, so I booked the job for the next morning. Even though I told him I could go without water for the day, he went the extra mile to locate an out-of-sight emergency shutoff valve behind the tank, and turned my water back on for overnight use.

The next morning, Bo B. and Nate G. arrived right on time to handle the replacement. They didn’t just install the new tank, they also replaced the vent leading to the roof and added a clearly accessible emergency shutoff valve at no extra charge. They took the time to walk me through how to use the new unit, hauled off the old one, and left the area spotless.

Losing hot water is never convenient, but Jackson, Bo, and Nate turned what could’ve been a major headache into a smooth, positive experience. Highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing for their honesty, professionalism, and excellent service!!!!

JD & Nate were scheduled to do an electrical evaluation of our home. They were on time and receptive to items I needed addressed and also made recommendations for items I was unaware of. We decided to add extras to the overall quote. The main concept throughout the evaluation focused on safety and longevity of appliances and how they are powered which impressed me as a home owner. JD & Nate were professional, polite, and well knowledgeable in their skill set. Looking forward to having the work completed by Half Moon.

Another great experience with Half Moon Plumbing. Lukas Falwell was wonderful! He was so personable, patient, and gave us several options for fixing our plumbing issue. We were very happy with the quality of work he performed, and definitely recommend Half Moon Plumbing. Work completed: installed new spigot and stem (silicone sealed), cut hole in closet for spring-loaded access panel, and installed water shut off valve.

I had a main water pipe broken by the new AT&T workers. The company is Superior Construction.
I contacted the company and they did pay.
The three plumbers who stood around and waited for the card to be given by the GM of Superior Construction to Half moon were so polite.

I’m really glad they worked together to fix my main water pipe. I can now breathe easy that is fixed.

I called yesterday and spoke to TJ a couple times, she was so sweet and so helpful. She had to verify with a manager that they could work on the issue that I had and she called me back quickly after I was able to message some photos. She then was able to have Jeremy Vick come out the following day and he showed up around 8am and was able to look at our gas fireplace. I can’t believe how quickly they were able to come out and how nice they both were. We will definitely ALWAYS use them in the future, I’m beyond happy with the service. Thank you guys so much!

Called Halfmoon plumbing for a situation I was having, my house was on a gas well and the gas was getting too inconsistent to keep up with the damand. The gas well is pretty much played out. I talked to the Lady in the office and she was super nice and helpful and caring, she said she would have a technician come out the same day which was very much appreciated. They sent Jeramy out to to replace some parts on the gas well and after he fixed it and diagnosed the situation there was definitely not enough pressure to continue using the well. Jeramy assessed the situation and set up what it would take to be converted to propane. Jeramy is a top notch plumber and also a very good Person. They’re not cheap, but you get what you pay for. It takes a lot to run a top quality business.I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you.Also William and his crew came out that Friday and installed a new propane line and a new water heater and did a great job. William was also very polite and professional.thanks to the whole team for making this happen in a prompt manner.

The Half Moon team got my water shut off after my previous water heater had been observed leaking after coming home from work.

Jackson provided an informative consultation and taking the time to understand cost opportunity of not investing, so I could make an informed decision aligned with my goals.

Lastly, Jackson took the time to bypass the water heater connection, allowing me to water on tap until the installation could be performed the following day.

The installation team were professional and overall just decent guys and would recommend to a friend.

The Half Moon advertising by location on Highway 20, signage on Highway 169, fleet of vehicles around our area, and most importantly by word of mouth, attracted our attention long before our need for service. We knew who we would call when that time arose, plus my wife liked their colors and logo!

What began as a service call by Andrew and Matt led to James, Michael, and Steven spending an extra long, hot next day in and under our home installing a new PEX plumbing system, water heater, and kitchen faucet in our 60-year-old home.

In the days right after all this complex work, we realized there were two things we needed to address, which were sent by text:
1) The access panel behind the water tank had inadvertently not been replaced.
2) My wife changed her mind about the kitchen faucet and preferred a different style.
Sam called the next day with reassurance all would be made right, even my wife’s faucet, which was not their responsibility.

James returned to our home and made all things right, quite to our satisfaction. His cheerful countenance and attitude never wavered as he changed out the faucet, pulled and reinstalled the tank, at least that we knew! He also noticed some questionable electrical things around the tank area and offered to ask their electrician Nate to look at them even though it was late in the day.

Nate did find multiple problems with our antiquated electrical system and carefully explained them to us before he left, again when he returned the next morning, and again to our children at our request. He corrected the issues regarding the tank as well as giving us quotes on updating our system all at one time or in stages. Nate was calm and patient as he explained things over and over.

Every Half Moon man who came into our home was a gentleman. Those we had more opportunity to visit with were found to be fellow followers of Christ and lovers of His Church.

I definitely would recommend Half Moon Plumbing. The best team I’ve ever worked with. Workers Andrew, Noah & Grant were especially helpful & very professional guiding me through the process of fixing a leak & replacing a pop up valve.
They were honest from the beginning & even adjusted price when leak detection wasn’t as bad as thought. All 3 guys were kind, polite, cleaned up & will now be my to go Plumbing team! Thank you

This company was fantastic from start to finish and we had absolutely no issues with any part of the process. Everyone was informative, friendly, professional, and even patient (I had a lot of questions!!) I recommend using this company if you want people in your home you can trust it doing right by you and their work. Completely happy with the work they’ve done and it looks fantastic. They took time to clean up each time and inform me of what they were doing, it was very helpful to plan the day around that. Seriously, couldn’t ask for a better company to trust. We have the technicians Steven and Nate! Each time we called the office as well, the lady was so nice and accommodating. 10/10 experience; would use again!

My sink wouldn’t drain so I called Wooten. They were very quick and responsive, Dawson came out and fixed the problem extremely quickly and wiped down under my sink and around my cabinets when he was finished with the job. Great people, and even better work!

We had a stubborn clog that I just couldn’t clear myself. My wife called Wooten Knockout and was impressed with the friendly professionalism she received. They came out the same day and pulled a baseball size ball of construction debris and insulation from our sewer line. We thought the clog was gone but two days later the water wouldn’t drain. I called Wooten and they were back out within a couple hours and found the problem. I had broken the back flow preventer when I had tried to clear the clog myself. Another plumber might have charged me for coming back out on the grounds that I was the one who broke the thing but Bradley just took care of it. He told me what I needed to replace it but also told me that I would probably be okay without it. Another plumber might have used this opportunity to push me into having it replaced to make a dime. This kind of straight shooting, hard working, integrity goes a long way with me and if I ever need a plumber for any reason you better believe I’m calling Wooten.

Dawson and his partner Cody have helped us tremendously. They were extremely quick to the scene when my bathtub faucet was broken and wouldn’t stop running water. They have also helped when my sick wouldn’t drain. These guys are awesome and very personable
