Very professional! Gave me a quote and was able to do the job (install a toilet) the same day. Dispatch was very communicative in keeping me updated on when the plumber would come to my house. Also very friendly! Buy a toy to wiave the service fee and the toy donations go to Lilly House for foster children. Cannot recommend enough. Shout out to Bowman for the great work and customer service!

I was able to text to schedule the appointment and was conveniently scheduled the same day . Tracy was prompt, and respectful of my property. He was able to address my concerns immediately and got my bathroom back up and running. The options for repair were explained well and included the prices. Troy was EXTREMELY helpful and informative. We definitely appreciated his help today. Had a faulty water heater pipe that busted and was spewing water everywhere! Called and in an absolute panic but was able to get some relief and support from Troy so we are happy customers. Might need a bit more maintenance but was able to recover with confidence. While I initially called for a quote, I was informed of a current promotion that was so competitive I knew I didn’t need to look elsewhere. In addition to the excellent deal, the team was able to come out the same day to assist me. I had previously tried to resolve the issue myself, but I certainly will not be making that mistake again. Ross was awesome! Very nice and helpful! Explained what he was doing and how the system works in a way that I (a non-plumber) could understand. Got here super quick and took care of everything! Also gave me a 30 warranty to come back if the drain continues to have issues. Would recommend and use again!

I had three leaks after the freeze last week. I was provided fast efficient service. My technician went over all options with me and got my leaks fixed/pipes replaced with pex for a reasonable price.
Update- changing to zero stars if I could. First off the plumber told me his repairs were under warranty but apparently wrote in the notes he informed me they were not. I don’t appreciate being lied to, but I do take responsibility for not asking to read everything in full as he only gave me the pad with the signature page pulled up. Claimed not having good service and said I would be sent the receipt via email after signing. I was verbally told the work had a one year warranty. (Photo posted because I was never shown this when I signed the electronic pad) I now have leaks where he made new connections because he did not do the work he claimed. I should have inspected myself.
I called Friday and they informed me that it was not under warranty. ( At this time I looked up the receipt via email that was sent well after the service and knew I had been deceived) I informed them I was lied to about the warranty and they said they would have a project manager give me a call to schedule a time to come out. I never received a call. I have been without water all weekend thanks to faulty repair work. Video showing the leaking at the connections. All I wanted was them to send someone out to make it right. I’m being avoided instead. Beware.
**Update again- they called me and claimed they tried to get someone out Friday but were short staffed. I never got a phone call. They said they wanted to get a project manager out to make it right. I went ahead and scheduled and missed a third partial day of work for this. The project manager insisted that the work of the technician was good and it was the polybutylene pipe that was leaking, but as you can see the technician only put in 2” of pex in this area when I was charged for 30 feet total . I asked why I didn’t have pex ran to the connections to the bath connections that were easily accessible with an access panel knowing polybutylene is weak, and I paid for 30 feet and only had maybe 3 feet in total put in. ( picture of cost attached). I was told he didn’t have an answer for that. I just ordered 100 feet for $47. They are having the supervisor look into it. I’m still without water. They didn’t make it right. Instead I’m quoted over 11,000 to replace everything which I am sure was the end goal for the company. Again beware… this company wants to take advantage of people and try to make money. I have everything ordered to fix this myself for less than $100. Will update when I have it fixed myself which I should have done in the first place. Crooked company.
***Last edit, I fixed the leak myself. I went ahead and ran pex up both sides because I don’t trust the other connection he made would not fail as well. I should have fixed it myself to begin with. I will never use this company or recommend them to anyone.
They could have done the right thing and fixed the leak in ten minutes that was not properly fixed, and I grossly overpaid for to begin with. What kind of company doesn’t take care of their customers? Outrageous. Fixed the leak myself for $100 bucks, and I have 90 feet of pex leftover for future repairs. Thanks for nothing but ripping me off Williams plumbing.

We had a clog in our main line. I called Half Moon about 2pm and they sent Nic Williamson within 2 hours - same day, which was a life saver! He was professional, kind and extremely thorough in troubleshooting our situation. Would highly recommend! They are now my Go-To plumber!!

Had a sewage pump go bad not only did they answer on the first call but they had availability to come out as an emergent call luckily I was able to wait until the beginning of the week and the first crew woth nic was out to my house first thing in the morning of the appointment day they were very professional
Amd upfront giving me the plan of what would happen, how long to expect an update and all of my options. With all that knowledge I felt the best option was going to be a replacement and thats when I had the pleasure of dealing with another team. The team of Juan and Nate were awesome they were there early and got right to work explaining what was going on and answering my questions about how everything worked and what they were doing throughout the entire replacement process. The two teams I dealt with made the experience way better than I could've imagined with a quality job that I never once questioned. Also no hidden fees all prices were told upfront and I was given the choice with no pressure to chose the more expensive option.

This is a wonderful company. They made an appointment to fix the drain under the sink, made sure to get it done before the snow and ice got here. Excellent company to use. I would highly recommend anyone needing any plumbing work done to use this company.

We had an upstairs shower and two sinks that have always drained a little slowly, but were now clogging. Over 17 years, we’ve tried to fix it ourselves with drain cleaner and a snake, to varying success. This time it was fully blocked. We did not want to have a sewer breakdown into our kitchen below. We needed a plumber.

We’d been hearing the Half Moon commercials on the radio, and whenever they come on we laugh and say “Aaaaaawooooooooo!” So I went online and made an appointment.

The website interface is GREAT! It was simple and efficient and comfortable to navigate. I provided my info, then they offered a place for me to upload a quick video describing the problem and pointing out the locations. Easy-peasy!

Half Moon contacted us immediately, and Nicholas Williamson arrived exactly when scheduled the next day. He was clean and courteous and friendly, and he knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem: original plumber installed one big T intersection where we should have had two off-set joints for more efficient drain flows to sewer. After years of use, the big T intersection was fully blocked.

Nick gave us two ways to access the problem: either through the upstairs floor, or downstairs ceiling. We decided sheetrock ceiling would be easier reconstruction than replacing tile, so Nick opened the ceiling and exposing the pipes in question. It was late in the day, so Nick then cleaned up his tools and equipment, swept up the mess, bagged his trash and removed it. The next day Half Moon would return to complete to project.

Promptly the next morning, Michael Miller arrived, set up coverage on the area and began cutting out the affected pipe. It was fully clogged with general drain debris: hair, toothpaste, soap scum, and hard water residue. Michael efficiently discarded the defunct section, and quickly and easily replaced it with the proper configuration of joints. He cleaned up his mess and went on to his next job.

All things considered, it was a very pleasant interaction. The Half Moon office was in constant contact with us to let us know who was coming, and ask how the job was progressing along the way. The followed up at the end of each day to verify that we were satisfied and treated courteously.

Although not terribly complex, the problem turned out to be more extensive and expensive than we could correct ourselves with drain cleaner and a simple auger. We feel the work was fairly priced for the excellent service and professionalism we received. Half Moon representatives showed respect to our home and family at every interaction. They are friendly, clean, prompt and highly skilled.

We are so impressed with Half Moon, and will use them in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Our second floor shower was leaking to the first floor. We have had lots of plumbing issues this year and have used another company. The last experience with that company was frustrating, so we decided to go with Half Moon because of the marketing on KXOJ and support of Little Light House, where our daughter is an alumni. Lukas was so thorough when he came. I had ended up pulling a wad of hair out of the drain before he arrived, but he inspected everything to make sure it was okay. He did determine there was a small leak in the drain. I also mentioned that our back porch faucet was leaking and that we received a notice from our city that we have a possible leak. So he took a look at all our toilets, sinks, and water heater. He found a small piece of tape or packaging in one of the (less than a year old) toilet tanks and talked to me about the age of our water heater. Lukas was professional and explained everything so well. His recommendation was a new water faucet on the porch and a new shower drain.

We scheduled and William came a few days later. His install and work was quick, thorough, and clean.

The price does seem slightly higher than the other company we used this year, but I don’t have a headache after this experience. We will gladly call Half Moon back if our leak persists or have other issues.

I live in an 80 y/o house. This is the 2nd time in a week Half Moon has had to come to the house (SO glad I got the annual agreement!). Lukas Falwell and Dakota came out last week for a kitchen plumbing leak & to flush tankless hot water heater. They took their time, explained everything, answered all my questions. VERY polite & pleasant. Lukas came back out today because I thought I had 2 issues from last week. One was correctly done, just not what I’m used to. The other turned out to (likely) be from age of house & extreme cold. Lukas explained it all, answered all questions again & there was NO CHARGE!! (Hello Annual Agreement)!! THANKS MUCH, guys!!
