Outstanding experience. Andrew M was our technician. Easily the best bedside manner and engaging persona of any field service professional. Instant rapport built. Juan S was our plumber. Fantastic ability to convey complex information to an arguably ignorant audience. Took the time to explain thoughtfully - worked performed was quick & tidy. Jake, his helper, was incredibly thoughtful & considerate to our home.

Overall truly great experience. In a world of many untrustworthy service companies, these folks really stand out. Thanks HM team.

Andrew was amazing. He had to give us some bad news about our hot water tank and a slab leak but was very empathetic. They sent him out right away and scheduled the replacement and leak finding the next day. I can not recommend Half Moon enough. I don’t remember the very kind and helpful lady that answered the phone but she was awesome too!
Steven C came out and did a great job!! He installed a tankless hot water tank and found the leak!! He was kind, patient and so respectful. We highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing!

Lucas was very nice and informative. He was quick about his analysis of our water leak. Whole the outcome wasn't what we wanted to hear, he gave us many options to pay for the repairs. Ultimately, our water department source is Ultimately to blame for the corrosion buildup leading to the deterioration of our water line connections. Just for clarification, our house is only 4 1/2 yrs old. Way too early for for this level of deterioration. Bit. We were happy with our technician Lucas.

We had our toilet replaced and they were wonderful! Came right away , very professional, explained everything so I could understand it, and did the job quickly and cleanly. Nick and Mike were both awesome!! Very nice young men. I really like that half moon sent me pic of the technicians and a little bit about them. 5 stars for half moon plumbing!!!

We had a great experience with Half Moon plumbing!! Our technician Jayton was very professional and courteous. He made sure to wear his booties every time he came inside, which we really appreciated. He quickly identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. Jayton is such a nice young man - we will definitely be requesting him for any future plumbing needs. Half Moon Plumbing just installed two new toilets in my home today. While the price was high, when all was said and done, I believe the expense to be worth the service that I received. I dealt with two service techs, Noah, and Andrew. Both young men are sharp, very personable, kind and professional. I didn't have any problem discussing concerns I had about what needed to be done, and the finished product has left me feeling that I made a good decision in choosing Half Moon. If any other plumbing services are needed for my home, I will be calling Half Moon again.

Half Moon is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They do what they say they're going to do it, when they say they're going to do it. We most recently worked with Luke who was thorough in his assessment and thoughtful about the options presented to us for the repair of our shower. Grant came back the next day to do the work which was thorough, clean, and explained well during the process. We expect to continue to be happy Half Moon customers!

I had an emergency call into Half Moon Plumbing after a waterline was broken as a different contractor worked in my front yard. Half Moon sent Lucas Fallwell out very promptly. He assessed the situation, fixed the leak and got the other crew of men back in business.
Before Lucas came to the house sediment got into the valves and fill mechanisms of my toilets. We talked About any plumbing issues I had and we set up a plan to fix the toilets the next day. Before he left, he fixed a problem with my garbage disposal that was causing my dishwasher not to drain. This was unrelated to the Break in the line outside. Lucas was very knowledgeable and professional.
The next day, Noah Chermack Came over to fix my toilet issues. Once again, Half Moon Plumbing sent out a professional, knowledgeable plumber. He was helpful to me in understanding my product selection and was obliging when I asked if I could prime the wall behind the toilet tank while he had it off.

The customer service is great here! The first time I called TJ was so understanding and got me in quickly for a diagnostic appointment with a drain specialist.
Our drain specialist, Nicolas was VERY knowledgeable, respectful, thorough, and patient. He even let us see what we were dealing with in real time while he ran the camera down the clean out to see what our problem was.

We had Half Moon install a toilet and faucet. Which also included replacing multiple broken shut off valves. The first technician that came out was Matt who was absolutely wonderful to work with, he was so patient with all of my questions. We also had Eddie who did the installation, he was professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with. He did a great job, cleaned up everything after the fact and we are so happy with the results! Highly recommended, we will definitely hire again.

I was able to schedule same day service through the website. My tech came out, videos the problem, gave me the temporary fix I knew I needed and gave me several permanent solutions to pick from. The price was more than fair for the services preformed today (removing roots from our sewer pipes) and to replace or reline our old pipes from the 60s seem reasonable. They were so kind and through. We have a few choice to pick from, but I just found our new plumbers.

Jeremy was our tech and arrived on time, very pleasant and tidy. He was able to fix all our issues and even pointed out one that we really had not noticed. Everything is working great again and really appreciate his candor, cleanliness and advice.

Noticed a tiny puddle of water in the garage on Sunday. Didn't think too much about it. Today is Wednesday and this morning the water was running thru the garage all the way to the garage door. HELP!!! I googled plumbers in my area and Half Moon Plumbing was the first one in the list. Had seen their billboard many times so I read the reviews. I called and it was like I was talking to a friend 🧡 Andrew Murphy arrived at my house as soon as I got home from the doctor and we discussed the problem and he was wonderful, so pleasant and kind. Made me feel like he really cared. We decided what needed to be done and then we visited for about 45 minutes. Such a great young man, I felt genuinely confident that he would get a new water heater in as soon as possible. WELL that happened within the hour!!! Who works that fast??? Ezekiel Ballard pulled in the driveway and got right to work. I have a brand new hot water heater and everything is wonderful. Ezekiel even swept up after himself. Who does that?? HALF MOON PLUMBING 🌙 If you need a plumber you just have to call them, they're the very best.

I called Half Moon plumbing because I was having issues with my kitchen sink not draining. They came out the next day and our technician jayton was extremely polite, very professional and explained everything to me in detail. I also got options on further services that I will need and the cost for them. I really like the fact that I get pictures and videos of what the issue was. We got a new water heater installed from Half Moon Plumbing and are extremely happy with the service. Jeremy performed the diagnosis and haul away of the old water heater and was great at answering every question I had and provided some useful information I didn’t know. Noah installed the new water heater and was very quick and efficient. He answered all questions I had regarding the new water heater and left the area looking clean and maintained. Both Jeremy and Noah were extremely friendly and performed top notch service. Thank you Half Moon!

The technician that came out was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very informative. I wanted a straight shooting company as I knew I had a potentially large project on my property. The technician in the photo, Nic, was able to provide me accurate and direct information and walked me through my sewer line with a camera, giving me valuable information along the way. We replaced a section of pipe and he was timely, clean, and professional. I believe they went above and beyond to help me out, so thanks guys 🤘🏽I highly recommend them if you want someone you can trust, and they won't just sell you something, they'll show you on camera and then you decide. Excellent company

This was a big job! A complete repipe under my house, water heater replacement ( I went with a tankless ), two outside faucet replacements and adding another faucet outside my basement. These young plumbers busted their butts. They were here on time and I received texts that they were on their way. They were on this job for 3 days and a minimum of 8 hours each day. Their work is very clean and tidy. Don't get me wrong they sure made a mess, which they did clean up but their work is beautiful.
I want to recognize the individual young men that made this project happen. The two main guys that were here all three days were Ezekiel B. and Nate G.. Then there was Mike, James the gas guy, Another Nate - the electrician, Jeremy the sales guy and Juan. All of these gentlemen are outstanding young men, very polite and even shook my hand everyday. I feel privileged to know them! In closing I'm very happy with the outcome of this project and would highly recommend Half Moon Plumbing!!

We are always more than happy with the service from Half Moon Plumbing! They are reputable people who do a good job for a fair price. Zach fixed the leak under my sink quickly and did a great job! He communicated with me every step of the way and was so professional!

Andrew and Jake were great! They were both courteous, friendly, professional and informative. The work was done efficiently and Jake left my kitchen floor cleaner than he found it! I wasn't sure at first that repairs wouldn't have to wait for a couple of days, but they managed to get it all fixed up for me in record time! Thank you, Half Plumbing for a job well done!

Looking for a reputable plumbing company in the Tulsa area? I can highly recommend “Half Moon Plumbing!” I had the good fortune today to have Andrew Murphy, a service specialist come out and help with educating me on which water heater would best suit my needs!
Then installation specialists James Healy and Noah Chernick arrived the same day and installed my new water heater! I now have hot water!
All three young men were polite, knowledgeable and clearly experienced!
