Reviews of local pros in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Curtis recently serviced my HVAC system and he did a great job. He is very kind and knowledgeable and takes the time to review what was found during his analysis. I also had my water heater serviced during the same visit by Nathan, who was fantastic. Nathan was also very kind and knowledgeable, and even took the time to look at an unrelated plumbing issue that I was having and provided me with an easy fix that I could do myself. I would definitely recommend Pro Thermal to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing service.

Grant was my technician and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most professional people I have ever had in my home to do anything. It was clearly obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and was great at explaining things without talking over my head without using a bunch of technical terms that I wouldn't understand just to impress me. Simply put he was a super nice guy, clean cut in his appearance and very professional in every respect. I will not hesitate to recommend Pro Thermal nor will I hesitate to call you back in the future. My experience with Grant and Pro Thermal was first rate, it couldn't have been any better. Thanks....Les Johnston

I have not experienced such an educational yet hospitable HVAC experience before. Daniel was professional, thorough, detailed, patient, honest and compassionate in answering questions as well as providing me with information to help me make an informed decision on best next steps for my family and home. I’d prefer Daniel to be my
go-to HVAC guy if I have problems and he’ll be my first referral should anyone need HVAC help. -
We had a MUCH needed inspection, our home is roughly 15 years old and we want to be prepared. Curtis was exceptionally detailed, capture pictures for us to see what he was referring to, and he was professional. Shortly after he left the company text us to assure we had exceptional service. I was impressed with the overall experience and customer service. Thank you Curtis!

Prothermal came right out for our annual inspection and was so incredibly thorough. Grant was awesome and found several issues that had been missed before. He was friendly, courteous, and left everything in perfect order, fixing everything he could today and setting a prompt appointment to finish the rest soon. . Trustworthy is so important in this industry and Grant is the best.

I had a excellent experience with Prothermal Heating and Air in Broken Arrow, OK. From the initial service call to discussing options for a new HVAC system, everything felt honest and trustworthy.
Grant Clark, the HVAC technician, did an excellent job diagnosing and servicing my HVAC unit—very thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Paul Berry, the service manager, was professional, straightforward, and honest in presenting options for repairs and a new system. This made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Both took the time to explain each and every step and not assume I knew anything about HVAC. Their recommendations were extremely helpful for me to make a good decision.
It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and do things the right way. If you’re looking for reliable, trustworthy HVAC service, repair, or installation in the Tulsa area, I highly recommend Prothermal Heating and Air. Five stars. -
Daniel was great and a super nice guy. However, the price quoted by the manager (he called him) to fix a 17” long 1/2 pipe fire starter was 850. 850 for a piece of pipe ?about $20 online) and labor to install it (screw it in) is crazy. No need to access inside the wall to repair

With late notice ACS was able to fit me into their technician's (by the name of Will) schedule. Will gave me ample heads-up before he arrived, listened to all of my issues and quickly & efficiently diagnosed the issue. I knew Air Comfort Solutions was going to act quickly to help me, thats why I called them & only them.

Aiden was so sweet and very informative. He let us know each step and why, even took the time to show us what was wrong and went over in detail all the options available for a fix. Got the job done same day so that's a win in my book!

Nathan called me ahead of time as I was told. I explained the problem of lack of cooling and after examining the system eh informed
Me it was a capacitor problem and proceeded to put a new one in. We went to the affected room and he verified the cooler air. We discussed the heating maintenance program options and costs. I told him I couldn’t choose now but I would tal with my mother (it is her house) and she is in the hospital and would let him know later.
Overall, I thought it was a.very good and I was impressed with his competence and his ability to fix the problem quickly. -
Jarrett was great. He was thorough, polite, and explained things very well. So his part would have been a 5 star. However, Air Comfort itself could do abetter job of timely doing the semi-annual inspections. They texted me in early September do to the annual A/C maintenance which is well after the heavy use period. Also, although their repair prices are normally reasonable compared to others, Jarrett recommended that the condensation pan be treated due to "growth" of I presume algae that would clog up the drain. So I Agreed to pay the $89 fee to be safe. Then watched him open the front and drop a tablet in on the condenser pan and then close it up. Literally 4 to 5 minutes. So not only was price unreasonable compared to effort, but to make it worse, he could have just dropped the tablet in while performing the maintenance work for merely the cost of the tablet. Don't you think?

Had a very good experience with this company we hired to replace our existing HVAC system. They answered all our questions so we could pick the best unit for us. No pressure from the salesperson. Installers were fast, efficient & very clean. They took the time to explain everything to us, including how to use the new thermostat.

If I could give less stars I would. The person they sent out was rude and condescending! Tried charging my landlord over $900 for a simple igniter replacement! Had replaced the air filter before even calling the landlord and then took the new filter with him leaving no filter, after removing the brand new one we had in there that was an inch to short saying the filter was the main problem and now the whole system needed cleaned along with replacing the igniter as that was the whole problem. So glad our landlord seen through the scam and sent a better company out that actually fixed the problem! Not only did the other company charge a 1/4 of the price but made us feel like we weren’t being talked down too!

Thank goodness for this company!! We originally had another company come out twice (first time to clear a blockage in lines and second time to fix the same problem about 3 days later). Needless to say second go around I was told they had been at my house for an hour and knows there is a blockage somewhere in house but he has done all he can do and left. After spending how much money we called Air Comfort Solutions and they came out same day were here less than an hour………drains are free and clear!!! I would recommend anyone to use this company!!

Erich was great! ACS came out same day I called, found the solution right away. Very polite & efficient. Explained the issue to me very comprehensively. Will continue to use this excellent company!
-
I was extremely pleased with the service. I called at 7:00 pm the night before and they were here before 9:00 am the next morning. They were very polite and they diagnosed the problem right away.

The entire experience with Air Comfort Solutions was great. Mark Davis was the sales representative who was very knowledgeable about the Trane units we elected to purchase. No pressure at all. Mark’s expertise with HVAC systems was very valuable. Jeff Mooney was the lead technician installing the three units. I can honestly say he is a tribute to the company with his obvious expertise with his craft and his helper was outstanding as well. Jorge did the install of the water heater and he is also a credit to the company. All in all we were completely satisfied with the service from start to finish!!

The young man who serviced my units was named Christian Miller. Want everyone to know he did an excellent job.He checked out both my a/c and heating units in a very timely and professional manner. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly young man and I appreciate all that he did. He is also a pet friendly kind of guy and my dog took to him immediately. I would recommend ACS and Christian miller to anyone looking to get their a/c-heating units checked out and serviced.

Caleb is extremely professional and communicates clearly in a way that’s easy to understand. He takes the time to explain not only the problem but also the next steps and solutions. He’s always patient and willing to answer any questions. Caleb makes sure every job is completed to the highest standard before he leaves, and if a return visit is needed, he continues the work with the same level of care and thoroughness. Highly recommend!

It has been 10 months since they in stalled my generator. They started on it Nov. Of 2024 and didnt finish it untill Feb. It works fine but the gas line looks like a 12 year old installed it. The first time they installed it it looked nice and pretty. Unfortunately when the city inspector came to look at it, he noticed that a regulator and shutoff valve was not installed. So they came out and installed the missing parts and now it just looks bad. So I get a text from someone named Megan asking when they could come out to get it reinspected. I texted back letting her know how bad the install was. And i haven't heard from them since. Even if I overlooked the excessive gas line above the ground it still wouldn't meet code because the gas shutoff valve has to be 6 inches from the regulator according to the city inspector that came out the first time . And this is clearly not. But the generator does work fine. It's just so unsightly to see. Everyone that came to my house was nice and courteous but the gas line work they did was subpar. This product retails for around $6k. I paid $16k for the generator and installation. Now just ask yourself while looking at the pictures, is this installation worth $10,000?
