I am so grateful I found this excellent Company. They are caring, thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Curtis Knight was who they sent out to do an inspection. He fixed my cooling problem and my duct work. Two other companies could not find problem. He was very kind and explained everything in detail while showing me pictures he took. There was absolutely no pressure. My air conditioning works great for the first time this summer! He was very thoughtful and represented the Company well, earning my trust and respect. Definitely a man of integrity. I will never use any other Company.

Prothermal has amazing customer service. My AC went out over Labor Day and Paul came out to give me a quote and actually came back out several times that weekend. Even the post installation experience has been very positive.

This is the most professional HVAC company I have ever seen. I worked for a service related company for 35 years and they have the same work ethic that we did. Customer satisfaction by doing the right thing all the time. Grant spends an inordinate amount of time(at least the way I was used to have it)checking a rechecking every detail and using photos of areas that he looked at and either fixed or made sure it was within spec. I’ve had my furnace and AC serviced by Pro Thermal and I have been extremely pleased by work completed and professionalism of the service tech. I am a veteran and I appreciate that they support veterans as well. I had been looking for a good company to service my HVAC and after the first service call I knew they were it! I highly recommend Pro Thermal!

Tristan & Braden were very respectful, very smart answering any question we had. Showed me how to work the temperature gauge I'm an older woman but they were very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. I would recommend this boys coming back if I needed anything.
I pray these boys are a blessing to someone else like they were to me. I'm sure there a blessing to the company also & hope there blessed with a awesome pay.

Pro thermal did a service on my heating system before winter. The tech, Curtis Knight did a very thorough job and brought up some good points that need to be addressed. I am very happy with my first experience with ProThermal.

Our heater went out and and almost caught fire right as the cold front came in, after I contacted pro thermal they were out to help us within an hour with a solution. Very respectful and understanding I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great company to handle any problems!

The young serviceman that came out to do an ONG customer maintenance check was very knowledgeable about the ac service. And very professional. He gave recommendations and later followed up on my concerns regarding the company ac pricing. Even though I have not decided to a replacement, believing the prices are a bit high, but I appreciate his ac awareness & professionalism. Thank you Pro Thermal.

Very happy with the service provided. They came and did maintenance on my furnaces, and gave me an itemized list of recommended upgrades/fixes, and tiered them by importance. Didn't try to pressure me about buying everything, just laid out what was available.

I'll be asking for their services in the future. Thank you!
