I needed my septic tank pumped. Called Dependable Septic Service. They asked if it was an emergency, said if it was they could come out the same day. I told them it was not an emergency and they were out the next day. They called before they arrived. They were prompt and courteous. The price was good. Local family business. I highly recommend.

I was having my broken septic lines replaced on a Saturday. When my contractor checked my septic tank he found it full of sludge and told me I was going to have to get it pumped or the new lines would just get clogged. As I had no idea who to call he gave me 2 phone numbers. I checked into them and called Dependable as they were local to me. I left a message and Dale called back. He told me he was on another job but would get to me as soon as he could. Well he came as promised and quicker than I thought. He really had to work to get me all pumped out and offered good advice to prevent this from getting this bad again. Very helpful and very fair. Dependable is my go to company now.

This business is one-of-a-kind. It’s hard to find a more professional, reliable and honest business like this. Needless to say they also do excellent work. I highly recommend them!

They came to give a free estimate and got me on the schedule within a week. The job they did was very professional. The owner Hamit was also very professional and knew right away what was the problem. Definitely recommended 👌

Came out after I called and explained I needed my system checked for leaks, several heads replaced and a leaking valve box. I was told I would receive an estimate by text. Never heard a word back.

I spoke to Hamit on the phone on April 29 and explained that we had a leak in our sprinkler system. He said he was in the area and could come by and look at it in a couple of hours. When it was getting late in the day, I texted him and asked if he was still coming. He said his trailer had broken and asked if he could come out the next day late in the afternoon. I said that would be fine. When he didn't show up again, I texted him and got no response. I texted twice the next day and he still didn't reply. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If I could give a rating of no stars, I would.

Hamit installed my sprinkler system 3 years ago and has remained my go to guy. They have also installed some landscaping for me and added some pavers. Their work is always done right and his crew is courteous and hard working. He stands behind his work and products. Highly recommend.

Emergency frozen backflow on my irrigation system. Hamit was ill but sent Aron to help with my messy, muddy job in less than 4 hrs. Will use again. My regular guy was also ill and couldn't make it for days. I will definitely use Bellas again.

Hamit is nice and did good work. Then he started getting high on his pricing.. once I started asking for estimates, he wouldn't produce. Plus he'd promise a day to come out and wouldn't show or even text. I'm done.

Contacted them to give me a bid on upgrading my irrigation system. Bid was very competitive and they could start right a way. Hamit worked with us to ensure the project met our needs and was finished on time. In addition, I had a very large brush pile left over from an ice storm. His crew did an excellent job of reducing the brush into chips and cleaned up the area in an excellent manner. Highly Recommend, no project to big or too small for them.
