I can not say enough good things about Koyck’s Renovation and Jhon Koyck.

When I wanted to remodel my bathrooms, I had no idea who to hire. I found Koyck’s Renovations page
on Facebook and then found out a friend was using him. I got a few bids from several different
companies but knew I was going to use Koyck’s as soon as John came over and did my bid. He had a
very long wait, I would say 7-8 months and let me tell you He was worth the wait. I was very nervous at
such a big renovation but he listened to what I wanted and was available to answer all of my questions
and make me feel very secure even before the work began.
Jhon Koyck is very honest, friendly, trust worthy, hardworking and always punctual. He told me he
would be at my house at 7:30 each morning and I will tell you all the months he was at my house he was
never late or left me wondering if he was going to show up. He was always at my house by 7:30. On top
of all these wonderful qualities this man has he does Beautiful work. Jhon took my vision and brought it
to life in a way I could not imagine. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He and his crew were
always thoughtful of my home and I trusted them to be there even when I was not able to stay home. I
am a Realtor and have worked with many contractors and I will tell you none compare to the work and
character of this company. Jhon has become a trusted friend of mine that I refer to my family and
friends as well as clients and they have all been very impressed with him as well.

Everyday at the end of his work day he would clean up and have a conversation with me to see if I had
any questions or concerns. Etc. If I ever needed something changed or talk through the progress, he
always took the time to listen and would address it right away. His work is absolutely beautiful and I
would not trust anyone else to do anything in my house but Jhon Koyck. I was so impressed with Jhon
and his crew that I had them come back and remodel my Kitchen and a few other things in my home. It
is stunning because of his skill and workmanship. There is nothing he cannot do. Not only is Jhon a
gifted contractor that goes above and beyond, he is a wonderful human being that I now consider a
friend. Take time to look at the amazing pictures on his facebook page!!!!

There is no need to be nervous about using Koyck's for your renovation. Jhon was very patient with me and answered all my questions and walked me through every step of the process. He made good suggestions along the way that made the project turn out better than expectations. Jhon was on site working every day and does not farm out his work. He takes a lot of pride in his quality. His team was very professional and cleaned as they worked each day. I was very impressed with the quality and expertise of my renovation.

(I requested the re-use of the old shower head. This was not a reflection on his work.)

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness
He refuses to pay his help. Will not show on time when he does show he disappears for hours. He doesn’t buy the materials for the job I had to buy materials out of my own pocket to finish his job and never got reimbursed for them. He owes me over $200.00 and now won’t answers a call. His quality of work is more than terrible the man can not read a tape measure. Hire him at your own risk. My only coarse of action now is to put a lean on the home owners house to collect my money which is against my personal business practices. He has a track record of asking for money to buy materials then blows the money on parties and don’t use the money for what it was intended for. BEWARE of this guy!!!!

I can't even give 1 star. I hired him to build a retaining wall and a couple of small jobs. He never supervised the unskilled workers he hired. He just dumped them off and left and would come back hours later. He didn't even give them a water jug. One of them came to my house and said he didn't pay him what he owed him. He abandoned my last project leaving my backyard in a total disaster. He started chipping out the footing under my patio so I am kind of glad he abandoned the project. He left all his tools and his concrete chipper still stuck in the ground. Of course I am out a lot of money for draws he said he needed to keep working and for materials he never delivered.

Is very helpful answering electrical questions and placements. Very professional!

Beckmann Electric installed power for my vehicle lift. Outstanding job, very professional, was on time and very reasonable cost. Will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks

Beckmann Electric has done all my electrical work for my shop and repairs for the house. From running power to the new shop, installing panels, interior lighting, exterior lighting, and outlets. He always answers the phone and is very reliable. All his work is very professional and clean. They always pick up after themselves and lever leave a mess. If you need troubleshooting or service calls he can also do that. I highly recommend Beckmann Electric for any and all electrical work needed to be done.
