I wanted to extend my sincere gratitude for the swift and efficient response from DSS regarding our recent septic alarm situation.

While our family was out of town, our neighbors alerted us to our alarm system sounding. Naturally, we were concerned about potential larger issues arising in our absence. Upon contacting DSS, they promptly responded to our phone call and to the matter, successfully muting the alarm and addressing the underlying problem.

Their quick action provided us with immense relief, allowing us to remain out of state without the need for an immediate return home. We truly appreciate having such dependable support in times of need.

Very professional. I called and let them know my septic tank was full and #1 he told me a time and was there on time #2, did not take advantage of the situation and burn me on the cost being it was a Sunday afternoon. I would recommend this company to everyone who needs this type of service.

Can't say enough nice things about this guy. I called him due to the great reviews he's already had had and want disappointed that I did. When I called he was upfront about his prices and after the job was done that's exactly what I was charged. He showed up on time and did a thorough job. He was very friendly. I visited with him while he did the job and it was like talking with an old friend. Just a nice experience all around. My call was simply a maintenance call but I will for sure use him in the future.

He came out the same day I requested an appointment when I explained I had sewage backing up into the house. I was so very grateful he was able to come out so soon since it was a holiday weekend. He located the septic tank lid in just a few minutes and was able to clear the clogged pipe immediately. He did a very thorough job cleaning out the tank. Outstanding work and excellent customer service! My father used the same company last year and was very pleased with their work.

Had an issue with our aerobic system not pumping. Called at 7:30 on Saturday morning and Dale showed up around 9. Got my tank pumped and cleaned at a reasonable price. Awesome job and much appreciated!!!

I've never been so happy to hand somebody money for services rendered. Not only was he knowledgeable on the phone, he made it out the same day, and had everything working within a few minutes. He also showed us how to fix the problem if it happened again. That alone was worth every penny. He saved me hundreds of dollars! 10/10 would recommend!

Dependable Septic Service did a great job cleaning out my septic tank. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They also don't have hidden fees in their price. Will definitely be using again.

Called because our service light was on. They came out same day, diagnosed our problem and had it fixed in no time for a reasonable price. They had to go get the part and I couldn’t be home when they came back to fix it. They went above and beyond and even sent me a video of my system working properly again. Found our new septic company. Will definitely use them again in the future when the need arises.
