Benjamin is amazing. Customer service may be dead in most places but this young man operates “old school “ I highly recommend him! He did great by me!

We had a new heat and air system put in and couldn't be more impressed. We had received quotes from other companies in the metro and Platinum beat them all. We were truly impressed by their quality and workmanship. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace or install their system.

Our heater wasn't working this morning and I called Platinum H&A. Ben arrived quickly and he even assisted me moving things so he could access our attic which I thought was really nice of him! Ben was very polite, well mannered and very professional! I highly recommend this company!!😁

I first want to say that Ben went above and beyond to give us heat on a day that was not a good day to lose heat (2/14/21-2/15/21). When my wife and I reached out to Ben he responded in a very timely manner even as he was called at 6:45 in the morning. His professionalism and knowledge goes way beyond words can describe. He values what he does and when you speak to him he treats you as if he’s known you forever. When I spoke to him and new that he puts his all into his work I new the appreciation that I had for that and him sealed the deal for him to be the guy who earned all of our Heat and Air work going forward and I will most certainly spread the word when someone is in need of any repairs when it comes to his expertise.

Our carbon monoxide detectors were going off in our home so we found Ben online. We are pretty new to the area so we rely heavily on reviews. So glad we found him as he was at our house shortly after. Not to mention he came out on a Saturday morning as well. He provided us with a fair assessment of the situation. He even helped us change out our air vents throughout the house. Ben was very professional and friendly. We will be using him for our heating and air needs. FANTASTIC HVAC company!!!! 5 stars is not enough. Our AC started having trouble last night so we shut it down and dealt with the heat through the night, uncomfortable nights sleep to say the least. I found Platinum heat and air this morning on google maps. Being that is was a local company and close to the house I hoped that they would be able to get out the same day. Ben the owner of the company showed up earlier than he expected he could get to our home. But gave us a curtesy call to let us know he was on the way ahead of schedule. Ben arrived and was very professional and genuine. He found the problem, got the part and had us up and running, cooling the house down. We are very thankful (and cool) this evening. We have found our go to HVAC service company. You will not regret calling this company for any HVAC needs. 👍👍

My first experience with Platinum Heat &Air was through the OG&E Home Energy Efficiency Program; Ben was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I had previously been using another AC company for years but was not very pleased with their people or services, so decided to call Platinum for my next AC problem. They scheduled me right in, Ben quickly made the repairs, and was all done for a reasonable cost. Platinum is now my go to for Heat & Air problems!! 👍🏼

Our furnace stopped working. I called Ben with platinum heat and air and he was at our house within half an hour to diagnose the problem. He was able to get the part the following morning and was at our house by noon to install the part and fix the problem. Extremely professional, works efficiently, and fair with pricing. I will call Ben for any future issues and I would absolutely recommend him.

HIRE THIS COMPANY I am a night-shift nurse so I really appreciate someone reliable so I can get to sleep before my next shift. I had an issue with my ducts that I found out late on a Thursday afternoon (close to 5pm) so I googled this company & based off of other good reviews, called for a repair. He answered my call & said he could be out 1st thing in the morning the very next day. I didn't get estimates from other companies since he was able to get in/out so quickly but I thought the price was beyond fair. He showed up on time, went above & beyond the task at hand, and kept me in loop of all communication. The job was a quick fix (at least, he completed it quickly!). I will 100% use this company again for any future needs & if you are smart, you will too!

I needed a checkup on my heat and air to ensure I was ready for the warmer season. Ben called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He showed up promptly and listened to all of my concerns. Ben did a great job shoring up some loose ducts in the attic as well as explaining a solution in raising one of my outside units. Ben was very courteous, honest and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again.

As with all contractors Ben was working when I initially called and was unable to answer his phone. He returned my call promptly. I explained my A/C issue and we scheduled a service time. Ben contacted me when he was in route to my residence and was even a few minutes early. Ben diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. He never once tried to oversell me on things I didn't really need. His prices were less than expected. Ben will be the only person I call or refer for HVAC issues moving forward.

Ben is awesome! It's been several years since we've needed his services, but when we did he was great. Fixed exactly what we needed and nothing more...none of that upsell stuff. It was hot outside and hot in our house, we needed our AC fixed and the service was spot on. We've used Ben for about 6 years now and have never been disappointed!

I highly recommend Ben, an owner of Platinum Heat and Air, LLC. to every one. A good friend of mine referred me to Ben when our home heater went out on a cold winter weekend in 2018. Ben came in the next day and got the part from an after-hour dealer (on Sunday) and fixed the problem quickly! He was punctual, polite, professional, and with reasonable price compared to others. Last night (May 15 2019), our Air conditioner unit went out. I sent Ben a message around 10 pm and he came in the next morning and replaced broken parts for me quickly. He even hosted off dust off the outside unit entirely. Once again, he was punctual, polite, professional, and with reasonable price compared to others. I will consult Ben when I need to replace my entire unit in the near future.
