JT came out and replaced a capacitor for our 28 year old A/C to get us up and running again. Quick, professional and super knowledgeable. Highly recommended HVAC maintenance and repair services!!!

They did a good job at a fair price! Replaced our A/C a couple years ago and has been working great since. Also tuned up our old furnace, which solved an issue with it not keeping up in the extreme cold snaps.

Within and hour and a half I had a very friendly technician knocking at my front door. This was a much faster response than I expected on a Saturday evening. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and had my system up and running in a matter of minutes. The technician was professional, knowledgable and did not try to sell me any unneccessary services, which is somethng I greatly appreciated.

it was hot and getting hotter. Air conditioner was out. I called and talked to Ben and he came over the next morning - moving appointments around to get to me asap.
Told me the estimated cost before he started and got the job done in less than 30 minutes. Would absolutely call him again. like so many, he could have hit me with all these other problems (real or imaginary) and billed for everything but he told me the true problem and fixed it.

I contacted Platinum Heateat and Air and the owner,  Benjamin Bioriato returned my call quickly. I was told by another company that I needed to replace my entire system with a heat pump. I I had asked Platinum to come and give me a quote on a new system. I was hoping to beat the $6,932 I was quoted by the first company. Benjamin came out and was perfectly on time. He communicated aptly, was very competent, and ended up fixing my problem that I was told I'd have to replace the entire system for, for around $300. If you are looking for an honest, competent , prompt, thoughtful and hardworking AC service you can trust, contact Platinum. They will be our only servicer from now on.
