If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would. I called and Benjamin showed up at my door in literally 5 minutes. He was on his way home for the evening and I caught him at a good time. He fixed me back up (replaced the capacitor in the condenser outside) and was on his way in less than 30 minutes. Great service, super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely be giving them a call again the next time I need maintenance. Thanks Benjamin! You rock dude!

My A/C quit working at 2:00 am on July 4 during a heat advisory. Go figure! I called Ben with Platinum Heat and Air at 2:00 am and he was at my house by 8:00 am!! He fixed my A/C for a reasonable price and was super sweet about me calling so early in the morning. I would definitely recommend him!

Ben came out at 7 am after calling him the day before at 5 pm took care of me fixed my a/c problem and was very professional and reasonable on price was very clean and did a great job I will use this guy from now on.. thank you Ben for taking care of us..

Platinum guys came out super fast after requesting services at 6am. They were here by 8:14am - determined p-trap had froze and got my unit back up and running within 30 minutes. Highly recommended and would definitely use their services again!!!!!!

Ben promptly return my voice message and was able to come out same day approx noon. He was very kind, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He fixed the immediate issue, and charged an appropriate rate. He told us he had to return Monday to finish the job (to see why there wasn’t any Freon - check for a leak, etc.) He returned today, stated “we just don’t have time for a job like this at the moment”. So we are now starting over…

This company is beyond amazing! Benjamin was here within an hour of calling them. He immediately started changing out my air filters & had my heater up & running in less than an hour! I highly recommend this company & will definitely use them for my yearly service needs & for any of my heat & air problems.

Ben is a rarity. Honest, friendly, affordable and effective. He saved me about $12,000 by fixing a fan that the other guys assured me couldn't be repaired or replaced (unit was too old, part was no longer in production, etc.). They told me I would have to buy an entirely new system and quoted me a price 40 percent higher than what Ben estimated it would cost for a full replacement. It is an old system, so it's on borrowed time. But when it does go out, I'll be buying a new one from Ben.

Don't let the big guys jack you around. Call Ben first. He'll take care of you.

My AC went out and I searched online for help. I wasn't able to reach out to anybody but Platinum called me back within 5 minutes, I spoke to the technician and he responded to my house in less than 15 mins (wow). Benjamin was very professional and is very knowledgable. He was able to fix my AC within minutes.
Through out the process, Benjamin told me wat was wrong and gave me quotes and let me decide wat I wanted to do. He didn't try pushing me towards any quotes or hit me with any hidden fees. This technician is GREAT and I would recommend to anybody needing AC work. Request for Benjamin, you won't be disappointed.

Ben just upgraded our heat and air units, exhaust, and intake from the old original units and lines. His work and personality were very professional yet also friendly. He's not out to overcharge you like some choking football player. He did the test before leaving and started cooking me then switched the air on and almost instantly cold in the house. Awesome units with a 10 year warranty and for thousands less than others had told me they paid. Thank you again. Support local

Our heater went out and Benjamin came out and diagnosed it within 30 minutes. Once the part came in, he got it fixed within 30 minutes too! Very efficient and timely!

My air went out Saturday night at about 10pm. Called Platinum the next day and Ben came out, on a Sunday, within a couple hours. Showed, up, fixed my problem within about 5 minutes and had my house cooling down in no time. Fantastic, courteous, prompt service that I would recommend to anyone. He really saved me when I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get anyone out.
