I have a contract with hardin's heating and cooling. I really appreciated the opportunity to do a one-time amount that covered so much that needed to be done on regular basis as far as routine maintenance. Thomas Jenkins came out today and did a complete and thorough inspection of my heating unit as well as checking every other part that was connected to it. He was very complete and explaining what he was doing and why. Your company should be very pleased that he is a part of your team he is just an exceptional young man. I am also having insulation put into my attic. My home is 14 years old and I knew that it needed it but did not know where to go to find someone that I trusted. I am completely pleased that your company does do insulation as well and I will have someone here this Friday to take care of my needs. I am very blessed to be served by your team. I've had Hardin's come out to my house a few times over the last couple of years for repairs that were a little above my paygrade. lol. The techs are amazing. These guys saved me a ton of money by finding solutions to an otherwise expensive situation. Highly recommend giving them a call before making any final decisions on your next heating or cooling dilemma!

Hardin’s is great. They do a great job at repairs and maintenance. Last week Nick came for seasonal maintenance and was back today to replace a part on the heater/AC that we purchased from them. He was very friendly and professional, and efficient. Were very happy with them.

This was the most professional company I have ever dealt with! I met Matt at a church festival event, and my name was drawn to win a surge protector. When they came out to install it, it turned out that my furnace was so old (age of my house, ~50 years), and the furnace was in such bad shape, it was leaking carbon monoxide into my home! My son, who is a home inspector, and my son-in-law both verified this! I ended up replacing both my heater and my air conditioner, and am I ever happy with the service I received. Matt and the others were both willing to consult with my son and my son-in-law through the whole process. They were on time, extremely clean, and cleaned up everything when they were done. You can't even tell they were here! They sent before and after pictures, so there were no surprises. I always knew what was going on, every step of the way. I just can't say enough good things about everyone at this company. In face, I was so impressed that, after I found out that they also did insulation, they came back a couple days later and sprayed my attic with new insulation! I can't wait to see what a difference all this is going to make in my heating and cooling bills!

You may not need all of their services like I did, but no matter what you need, I promise you won't regret calling Hardin's Heating and Cooling!

The install crew was a star studded cast of incredibly hard workers who, despite the heat, remained very polite and professional. The cherry on top was, Hardin's was able to beat all the other competitors with much more affordable pricing. Thank you very much for making our home way more comfortable!

My sun room has been too hot in the summer, and way too cold in the winter, and I knew I had to do something. I wanted a floor mounted mini split (which is made to sit under windows), did a ton of research, picked one - and called 3 HVAC companies to get quotes. Now, the Wall Street Journal just recently published an article about how these hedge fund companies are buying up local contractors, jacking up prices and locking people up in long term loans. So I was weary of every bid I received. One company wanted MORE THAN DOUBLE what Hardin's was asking, and the slimy sales guy tried to (you guessed it) get me into a long term loan to overpay for the privilege of using their services. Hardin's was actually my lowest bid, but they were the most knowledgeable and had the best reviews, so I went with them. It only took 11 days from acceptance to installation, which is really good considering these floor mount units aren't very popular and this was a special order. The install crew was amazing. To my surprise, the owner (Lyndon Hardin) also came out to supervise. And this is a real company - not just one guy and a truck, so that was kinda special. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that they're a faith based organization - it literally says "In Christ we Trust" on their equipment vehicle. Now, I'm not a super religious person, but I point this out for one very important reason: out of all 3 companies I called for give me quotes, Hardin's was the only one who I didn't feel was out to take advantage of me, and so I believe they don't just 'talk the talk', they also 'walk the walk' when it comes in their principles. Obviously, I highly recommend Hardin's to anyone needing a new system!

Shannon and Issac just left our home after a l o n g service call. They worked hard, yet they were so CHEERFUL, POLITE and PROFESSIONAL. Thank you Shannon and Issac for making me feel safe in my home this Winter. You guys are the BEST!!!

I have been using their services for over 15 years. They’re always honest, friendly, punctual, and fair in their pricing. Most of the time I’m not at home when they service my unit. I’ve never had an issue with dishonest workers, or items missing from my home. This really is a great company ran by a great family!

Hardin has provided us heater service a couple of times over the years, and we really appreciate their fast response times and great service. They had the parts to fix my heat today on their trucks, so I didn't have to wait to get our heater going. Zak was my service tech today.

Everyone was very helpful, especially, Matt call me right back and Zach was here as soon as possible within the hour. He was so polite and explained things really well. My sister was up and running within the hour and it was the weekend! I highly recommend them!

Our furnace out on Thanksgiving day. They sent someone out right away. Even though we ended up needing a new furnace the whole process was great. The new furnace was put in 12/2. We worked with Thomas, Matt, and Bobby and they were all great! We are very thankful for Hardin's!

Tommy and Zach stopped by and performed another maintenance for me. I explained a piece of duct work I damaged while performing a repair myself in the attic and they were able to repair it while doing the maintenance for no charge. This really impacted me as a company that cares for its clients. Because of that impression I was given I approved all recommendations they made for system longevity as well as the quote they provided for installing a return for my upstairs. My home is very old and unique in the ways it’s been remodeled before I purchased which makes it very meaningful to me, and very challenging to adapt new systems to. I know they will perform superb work in adding a return. I have used this company for many years and had a system replaced by them in my previous home and every single visit has been great service and fair pricing. Thank you again.

Zak Frank did the service. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. Because of weather conditions, he needed to make follow-up trip. Service was prompt and given as promised with good communication from the office. I would have no problem recommending this company to family and friends.
