This company and their team are great to work with. They were able to get out quickly after I called and their service call fee is very affordable! They let me know what was going on and gave several options to achieve the end goal. Not only that but out of all the companies I have called out they did get into the attic space and found that a main portion of the duct work was not attached and was allowing the majority of the cool air into my attic instead of my home. Will recommend in the future and will use for all of my unit repairs!

Had them out to service my furnace and Thomas was so educational with me being a new house owner on what needs to be done to have a better system!

I contacted Hardin's this morning around 8 AM because my AC was not blowing air. The person who took the call told me they would be out between 230 and 430 but the technicians sometimes get to the call earlier. Zak Frank contacted me around 9:30 and asked if it would be OK if he came out early. It was. Zak showed up when the said he would, looked the unit over and trouble shot it quickly and accurately, gave me a quote that was to the penny of what the charge was, changed the blower motor, and was finished by 1230. He would have completed sooner but he had to go get the motor. I have used Hardin's in the past and will continue to be a customer in the future. THANKS ZAK!!!!

Had an emergency situation, and Hardin's tech was on site within an hour or so, after the winter weather event. As always, they do incredible work.

Our dog chewed up the wires to our unit outside. Zak showed up early and was done within 30 minutes. He very professional. He mentioned their maintenance plan but wasn’t pushy about it which I really appreciated.

Excellent service and reasonable prices. They stayed a long time and checked everything thoroughly, on a Sunday in the snow storm. Can’t say thanks enough.

We had a whole crew of people here installing a new AC, furnace, and doing new duct work for us and we were blown away with how quickly and efficiently they got all that done. Each and every person we came in contact with was professional and polite.

I texted Hardin heat & air’s technician on Monday evening that my a/c wasn’t working. They scheduled me for Tuesday morning. Zack and Cody came out to assess the problem with our h/a system. They were very prompt and polite. They also answered my questions and took the time to show me the problem. The next day, the installation team was here at the appointment time. The whole team worked hard and installed a totally new system. They all were so polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Hardin Heat and Air to anyone. My wife and I had the Hardin’s team come to our home to assess what was happening with our air-conditioning unit and it was discovered that we had a freon leak in the unit in the attic and it was decided that a part was needing to be ordered and replaced ti fix the issue.
