Michael was outstanding tech. He diagnosed my system throughly. He is a 5 star tech. He is to be commended.

Wanted to get a home purifier put on, so We priced the same exact part with 3 different companies. Wanted to share that Gatlin quoted almost $1,600 while others were only $925 and $1,085.
I wanted to share, so others are aware of how high their prices are..and to at least get a second opinion before getting work done here. That's almost a $600 difference!!

Cody was my technician! He was thorough, personable, and professional!

I thought the plumbing leak was going to be a nightmare. Seth and Garrett came out and got the job done in little time. The best part was how reasonably priced they are! The job was done right and these two guys were great!

When scheduling an appointment to get the estimate, Crystal was kind and so helpful and got us on the schedule super fast. AJ came out on Saturday June 22nd to diagnose our problem. We received the quote Monday the 24th. We accepted the quote on Tuesday the 25th. Our entire system was replaced by Thursday the 27th! Bradley and his team were punctual and didn’t mess around while they were here.
My AC was broken for over a year, we knew this summer was about to be absolutely terrible if we didn’t get it fixed. I had called and gotten quotes from 5 different companies, some extremely high and some relatively low. Gatlins estimate was mid range on the higher side but offered so much more than the lower range ones. We did not want to cut any corners and the equipment listed was definitely rated better than most for reliability and they offer financing!

Point of this long review is so that people like me that are skeptical of companies charging more than they should can hopefully see that this company is one of the good and honest ones.
I’m so thankful to have AC again and so thankful that this company was able to make it happen as quickly as they did. Overall 10/10 and I’m happy to have an HVAC company that I can rely on!

Paid a previous company who did not repair the furnace just took my money. Mike was through and tested the system to make sure it was working. I am so appreciative and best of all warm.

Rylan is such a dedicated person and so sweet dealing with a senior citizen.
He takes time explaining the work done and if there is something I should need to do he explains it in such basic terminology.

We had a water leak in our front yard on Christmas. I called the next day and they had a job scheduled in minutes. Seth and Dalton arrived an hour later and got to work. They dug through heavy roots, found the leak, and fixed the pipe in a couple hours. They were friendly the entire time and very professional. I will recommend them and will use them in the future. Thank you Seth and Dalton!

Our old water heater started leaking during a winter storm. They came in and replaced it within 2 hours. The techs, Dalton and Seth, were especially helpful, effective and thoughtful. Thanks guys!

As always, Chris from Gatlin Heating & Air did an awesome job. He ran Cat 8 network cables into 4 rooms and added a power plug where I needed it. This is an older house and there are always issues that get found when the work is being done, but Chris just fixes the issue and moves on to completion

AJ was quick to respond took 10 min to diagnose and fix the problem. Instead of charging me the service and call fee of around 100 dollars( no parts needed), I was offered a $140 service contract. Well worth it. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Dalton came out to clear out a sink drain. Effectively unclogged the system, which allowed us to get back to our family rhythm. Would highly recommend.

Ryland was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me that I needed to know he was very professional and I’m gonna request Ryland anytime. I need work done from Gatlin. He just did such a great job.

Seth and Dalton both showed great customer service.
Gave me a great discount on installation.
And very reliable and knowledgeable.

Great guys. Knowledgeable and helpful as well as courteous. This is a great company and have viewed a bunch of others. I don’t have one that I recommend more than Gatlin plumbing, heat/air electric.

My heating blower motor went out first night of ice storm,Dillon came out early next morning gave me a estimate we agreed nut had to order part he did say it would take 3 to 7 days but was expecting it to be in on Thursday or Friday. I checked on Wednesday they said the part should be in on Thursday and he was going to check after three and come by to fix on Thursday. It still was not in and was not going to be in until Monday. Was extremely cold I had to invest into heating units, which cost me another $200. This probably wasn’t their fault but was very inconvenient for me. Dylan did come on Monday around 11 and fixed it very quickly was very knowledgeable and I was pleased with his service.

Our heater broke and Rylan came out very promptly and fixed it. He was awesome at explaining everything in detail, but in terms where someone not working in the heat and air industry could easily understand. Pricing was great as well!!! Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone!!!

Use these guys! We had an AC unit from 1985 finally give out and Rylan came out to for initial consultation. He was super down to earth, explained everything well, and showed compassion toward our situation. Made a call and got us a deal we’ve since learned was a steal of a deal!
The install team got held up on another job and couldn’t make it out the day we agreed so they promptly called to let us know and sent a guy out immediately to install a portable AC unit which worked like a champ and held us over for 1 more day!
The install team did show early next morning and got straight to work! Barron and Carter were friendly and took the divide and conquer approach. One ripped out the old unit in the hallway and the other took out the into outside. They even hauled away the junk in the end. They put in a new thermostat for free as well.
While in the attic he noticed some issues which he informed me off. Gave me a free tube of silicone to patch a crack myself.
They finished in 3 hours and our house was ice cold all night!

Also there was an issue with it not working the next day (operator error) they came out right away and got us squared away no charge!

Long story short: very pleased and very cooled. Highly recommend. Attaching some pix!

Tech Michael Perry came out to check my furnace and change my air filters. He was extremely kind, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me maintenance tips on how to save money. I appreciated his honesty. I’ll definitely ask for him again. Kim
