I have had Nathan with Shockley’s service my 2 AC units over the last year. He has been very professional and honest. He is on time and fairly priced. I recommend this company whenever I can. I am consistently impressed with this company’s ethics. They have repaired my units and have never tried to pressure me into purchasing a new unit as other large local companies have. Highly recommended.

This business provided me with excellent timely and customer focused service for a repair to my aging residential AC system. It was a challenging repair but the technician was diligent professional and was able to spend the necessary time and focus to troubleshoot my system issues and get my home cooling properly again. He also helped me ascertain another annoying issue the system has been having and helped provide me with a general quote so I could easily budget and reschedule some additional repairs later on. I would definitely recommend this business for my fellow residents in the Mustang/Yukon area!

Nathan was so helpful on the phone when I called in to schedule service. We called last minute, and were willing to take whatever they had. They were able to fit us in early the next day, which was much better than expected, because the temp had just plummeted big time and the heat would not kick on. Our mom is elderly and at home all day, so this was a big concern for us.
Andy was the technician who came out to see us. He showed up at the time he gave an ETA for and was so patient with our 3 dogs, who were instantly fans for life.
He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He assessed our situation quickly, made the repair needed and ran several tests to make sure things were good.
We were very happy with the price we paid.
The service was amazing and we are sold on only using Shockley's from here on out.

Nathan was working on a AC next door and I asked him to check my AC which had stopped working. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. I was very impressed because he had a print out of the exact cost. He is by far the best AC service and repair cost in Oklahoma City. I highly recommend Nathan and his brother.

This is my second time using Shockley's. I called them to get my upstairs heater running. Reese and Glenn got it running without 800 dollars in parts I was previously quoted. Turns out the nest thermostat previously installed was incorrectly wired. They are honest and dependable.

Furnace problems with this brutal cold snap. They were able to come out quickly and fix the issues. Pleasant and professional! We are feeling toasty warm and very grateful thanks to their quick service.

Fernando came out to show me how to adjust the dampers in the attic so that we would get quality air flow to all parts of our home. He was fantastic and did a great job! This is my 6th year using Shockley’s and we are super thankful for Nathan and his team.

Early the next morning they texted me back to make arrangements to come out that day. They kept in touch and soon the air conditioner was back up and running. We wanted to replace our old 25+ year old HVAC system with new quality products that would last as long or longer than the original, so I knew we would need to do it right with a good company.
