Michael and his team are honest, hard working and do a thorough job! We have used them multiple times, but most recently to replace our entire system. It was a really hard job, but they remained professional and guided us through the entire process from start to finish! If you want a company that will be honest and guide you through every step, give them a call!!! So great!!

Had a great experience. The blower motor for my furnace went out and Mike was honest and told me that I still had a manufacturer’s warranty on it that I was unaware of which I really appreciate. The part had to be shipped in but as soon as it came in, I was notified. He was quick, prompt, and professional and got the job done. I will definitely recommend this local business for your HVAC needs. Reasonable prices as well!

Comfort Concepts, Mike, has done our HVAC maintenance plus our tankless water heater maintenance for almost 5 years. This past summer he replaced both of our AC units and heating unit. He is very conscientious, efficient and friendly which is why we will continue to be his clients!

Mike provides excellent service with a very pleasant attitude. He was focused on his work but still took the time to answer questions. That made me feel very comfortable knowledge as well as his work. I am a repeat customer and will continue to call him with my HVAC and tankless water heater needs.

People here are good but when I had went to use the restroom I saw that there was poop all in front of the toilet and on the toilet seat. It looked like it had been there for a while. I don't expect extremely clean bathrooms but Id expect at least somewhat clean. I have a photo of it as well if needed.

I don't know what is going on. I had excellent service the first time but now its been over a month and I have not heard back about completing the repairs to my heater. I now am dealing with too cold downstairs and too hot upstairs because my damper needs work. I'm thankful to have heat but the job needs to be completed and I have received no response from my texts or messages.

Called Mike on a Saturday morning and he had a temporary fix on my AC within a couple hours and had diagnosed the larger issue requiring parts to fix (note, he was fixing a problem he did not create). Worked diligently to find a place in OKC Metro that had the necessary part to repair my 3.5 year old system and had me back up and running better than new inside of a week. Very nice guy with GREAT service! HIGHLY recommended!!!

My heater went out early Saturday morning of last week. I called Shockley’s, they were here within the hour. After the problem was fixed I asked about a new HVAC system because my system was about 20 years old. The price was very reasonable and I asked when they could do it. They were here the following Monday to replace my system. They didn’t charge me for the repair. All crew members were friendly and professional. I very much recommend Shockley’s, and will always use them in the future.

I highly recommend Shockley’s. They are truly a great company that is going to do what is best for you. Our 36 year old HVAC unit left us hanging in the heat. Nathan came out the same day and identified the problem immediately. We were given quotes to fix the problem and quotes to replace the unit. We were never pressured to make a decision either way. He even offered to let us use a portable AC unit so we could stay cool. We ultimately decided to replace the unit. The two gentlemen that did the installment were professional and friendly. Finding someone you can trust that does business the right way is rare these days, I’m glad we found Shockley’s.

I needed to have my air unit serviced and wanted to use a vendor who was local. I chose Shockley's randomly and I'm glad I did. They called the day of to confirm appointment and arrived on time. I had two service trucks here for a simple service call. Personable, great service, and a fair price. Highly recommend!

I have used Nathan on my personal property as well as referred to a few different Real Estate clients. I've experienced nothing but honesty, great quality work and fair prices each time. I hear time and time again from clients how a big name company that spends tons on advertising (cough** Air Comfort Solutions) came out and quoted them at 2-3X over what a replacement should cost, and they wont even consider doing repairs to older systems. If you want honest work and honest prices I'd give Shockley's a call. If you want to pay $14k for a system that should cost $5-6k so the other guys can afford to pay local celebs to advertise for them, call the other guys.

With multiple quotes and offers, Shockley's was the only company who I felt did not overdo or overprice the installation of new ductwork in my home. I was not offered a ton of unnecessary extras or asked to replace every single thing in the attic like all other quotes. He took the time to really look over my house and cared about money savings where it was possible. They gave me a realistic solution, at a good price, and installed new ductwork properly this time so that it will last. These guys were fast, did a great job improving what was very much wrong in my home and I now have what feels like a much more comfortable home as well as cheaper electric bills every single month. I couldn't ask for a better solution. The only complaint I'd have if I had to give a small one, is they left a few of their own tools in my attic that I found about 6 months later when I went to adjust my dampers for the wintertime. A bit more pickup after the install work would be nice, but I understand how employees are when they're trying to be fast and are in dark small spaces. I'm sure it was an accident and the owner probably does not enjoy replacing missing tools. I've been through home inspection courses and am working to be a home inspector myself. I can tell the work they did was proper and of good quality. Would highly recommend for OKC/Yukon area.
