Getting hit with the news that you need a new Air Conditioner is never the news you want BUT Air Flow is the one you want it coming from!! They were so quick and courteous and kept us informed every step of the way. We have used them for years and have never been disappointed with their service. I will never go with another company. In my opinion, they are the best around!

They (Connor & Marcus) so professional and respectful of my home they explain to me how the process would work if even the time they would be back inside the house, (this allowing me time to do what I needed to do)they were efficient, friendly, and informative I would recommend them to everyone thank you again!

Edwin is amazing. When he comes I know that he knows my system. He helped to install it. He is kind and professional. He can answer any questions I might have. I am retired so when he comes it is someone I know and that is reassuring. I have been an airflow customer a long time. They do great work and stand behind their work and products. We have an older HVAC system and Air Flow technologies’ routine service program is so cheap compared to having to replace the HVAC. Plus, they are so professional. Their service tech, Edwin, explained everything thoroughly and showed great care while at our house. I definitely recommend using them.

Woke up to no heat in home 2 nights ago. My Home Warranty Company assigned Airflow Technology HVAC to come out and troubleshoot the issue. My suspicion was confirmed that the system control circuit board had gone bad. I had ordered and received a replacement board from Amazon as a spare in case it happened again down the road. Edwin did a fantastic job confirming my suspicions and installed a new replacement control circuit board. It didn’t work! It was now getting late and Edwin went out of his way to return to the vendor (a 1 hour round trip drive) to retrieve another 2nd new board even though it was now after his normal shift so that my wife and I wouldn’t have to suffer another night in well below freezing temperatures. After installing the 2nd board, it too did not work! After that he asked me if he could try the board I’d purchased from Amazon. After installation of the board I purchased, the system powered on! The next day I called the HVAC office to ask for refund for what I paid Amazon for the board and they agreed to reimburse me in full without question. Great company - highly recommend!

After a review of our aged heating system and the cost of replacement parts, Kacey became our primary contact person in helping us navigate the options available and the advantage for us to invest in a new heating system. Staff technicians of Air Flow Technologies Services immediately moved on to the completion of that decision as Edwin and Conor worked with a high level of skill removing the old heating unit and inserting the new. From start to finish, our project was provided with reliable and dependable service for our needs today and in the future.

I am so impressed with Air Flow Technologies, I have recommended them to numerous people. They replaced my HVAC quickly and were also very affordable. Everyone was so kind and responsive, and that really matters to me. They do a free check a few months later to make sure everything is going good with the system for free. This level of customer service used to be the norm but is so hard to find today. On my follow up check, Edwin provided the service. He arrived exactly on time and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. Again I could not help but notice how kind he was to my family. He answered my many questions and offered support with our new Nest thermostat. Thank you to the entire team and especially Edwin for making sure we are set up for success. I will continue to highly recommend this company.

The gentleman and lady at Air Flow have been tremendous to work with over the last 7 years. They replaced our whole a/c and heating unit and very pleased with our investment. Edwin recently serviced our system and took extra time to go through the unit to make sure it was running in tip-top shape. Our utility bills have made it worth the investment as the Daikin unit has been very efficient. Our home stays cool and warm as needed and our bills haven't gone up and actually have gone down. Our 20+ year old AC finally died this past summer. After getting multiple quotes we decided to go with AirFlow Technologies. Their product offering and pricing was really good when comparing the different options. Tom Tyler the salesman did an excellent job explaining our different options and even offered solutions to keep our old furnace. We never felt pressured. Tom coordinated with the company repairing our air ducts to be sure we had heat on before an impending cold snap. Air Flow made and extra trip to get the old furnace out of the way for the Duct company and then worked from all day into the evening to get our new furnace and AC installed. The installers, Edwin and Marcus, were very respectful of our home and explained everything clearly when they were done. It was a great experience. I recommend AirFlow Technologies.

Steven was very thorough and did a great job explaining any questions I had. Overall it seemed like the service included more testing and was more in depth than other AC tune ups we have gotten with other companies. I would definitely recommend this company. Ended up signing up for the yearly maintenance program because we will definitely continue using them in the future.
