We had a wonderful experience with climate control experts. They were speedy, professional and did a thorough job of taking care of our air-conditioning problems I would highly recommend them to anyone anytime.

I was so impressed with how quickly they responded I did not have to wait! Very friendly and made the whole process easy. Eased my fear of getting my AC fixed joined to get my system checked every year. I very much feel they are trust worthy.
And the young man who came was so very helpful. I am sorry I didn’t call them long before I had a problem. Very affordable

Climate Control was very prompt according to the time frame they gave us. Joey came in did his assessment of our issue and got our ac back running like new. He took the time to explain what was going on. Great job!!!

I can’t say enough about how professional this company is. Do they have taken care of you for many years. Kimber is amazing. She’s like a juggler, but with octopus arms because she has to handle so many things at the same time. She is simply a pleasure to work with.

We woke up this morning (6am) to our a/c not cooling. Was referred to Climate Control Experts from a friend, called at 7:15am and didn't leave a message. Got a call back from Martin at 7:21am advising he missed a call. Discussed our issue, and what all trouble shooting I had already done. He inquired as to what area we were in (Yukon), and advised that he could fit us in and a tech would be out within the hour. Right at about an hour later Joey arrived, we discussed what was happening, what I had already trouble shooted, and he went to work. He came back in about 20 minutes later, advised that yes, it was the capacitor, and was going to go ahead and do a "cleaning" of the outside and attic unit. He came back in advised that we do a good job of keeping everything clean, so that more than likely the capacitor went out due to power surges (which we have A TON of). We did go ahead and have him put on a surge protector b/c our area of Yukon is awful for power surges and outages. Cost was affordable, and can't rave enough that we had working a/c within about 2 hours of my initial call. Talk about customer service! Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Martin and his staff. I am a repeat customer and every time I need them, they always come out immediately!! My AC stopped cooling yesterday and I called this morning and they were able to send Joey out to my house by 10:00 am. Joey was kind, professional, and answered all of my questions!! He took care of us quickly and explained everything that he was doing. To say I trust Martin and his team is an understatement!! You will not find any company better!!

This is by far one of my favorite companies to work with! Climate Control Experts (Martin) came through for me when I needed it most many years ago when I lived at a different home. Now at my current home, I have 3 units that they upkeep. Joey is the tech that usually comes out to my house and he is a standup guy! Always goes above and beyond! Joey has been up in my attic when it was 105° outside (way hotter in the attic) working his hardest to keep my family cool and my home in tip top shape! They always take care to wear shoe coverings if you worry about your floors, they have always vacuumed up any installation that may fall from crawl spaces, they explain everything very well and show me anything they see! Once my crawl space door got a crack in it, and they told me it happened and then made me a whole new one to replace the old one. Talk about taking responsibility! I recommend them to everyone and anyone I meet! Kimber is in the office and always friendly and will work diligently to get you scheduled, call and text to remind you, and let you know when a tech will head your way. If you want a good hardworking, honest, trustworthy, caring company for all your air conditioning, heating, climate control needs, look no further than Climate Control Experts! This is an honest review by a regular customer for almost a decade now!

Had an A/C issue late Tuesday evening. Called early the next morning and Martin was able to get us scheduled for that afternoon. Joey came out and fixed the problem and gave us some tips to help with keeping our unit up and running. Great company with OUTSTANDING Customer Service. Would recommend Martin and his team to anyone needing service!!

Joey and Dallon did an absolutely thorough tune up on my ac today after a bad experience 5 weeks ago with the company that installed it 8 years ago and had done the twice yearly maintenance since. They cleaned it inside and outside, checked for leaks, checked the ductwork in the attic, changed the filter, and explained everything for an $89 service call. They were highly recommended to me and I will definitely be going with "climate control experts" of yukon for maintainance and service going forward. Thanks so much.

We had the unfortunate situation of needing to replace our 23 year old heat and air unit. Martin, Joey, and the team made the process very easy and painless. We were gone all day while they installed. The guys cleaned up after themselves. We never knew they were there other than a HUGE difference in air movement in the house. I HIGHLY recommend this group. Family owned and operated. Which is very evident by their work.

Our HVAC system gave out only a friday only a few months after another tech installed new coils. When we gave him a call, he said he couldnt come until Monday morning. I called CCE due to really good recs from Yukon Happenings fb group and they were awesome.

They showed up by the next morning. Joey checked everything out and was completely transparent with everything going on up there and even took pictures and took the time to explain everything and answer every question. They found that the previous tech mightve also not done his due diligence regarding a few other areas which we find troubling. Nonetheless, Joey was awesome and despite seeing the questionable work the last technician has done, he was very careful with his words and made sure he didnt diss the other guy.

Martin was also great answering all my questions, explaining all recommended solutions, and was very transparent with pricing.

The night before installation, they brought over a portable AC unit for me to temporarily use until the new unit was installed. They gave me a great deal with discounts and threw in a free service of them maintaining the unit for the next year to make sure everything is working well.

HVAC went out Friday and they came and installed the new unit by Wednesday. They came at 8 am and finished by around 1:30pm. They explained everything before they left and they cleaned up everything too.

No issues with the new unit so far!! Couldnt recommend them more!

John Helphrey has always taken care of my heat and air in a timely and professional manner. I know that his charges are fair and reasonable. I am a caregiver for a disabled husband, so it is important for me to have service people that I trust. John is at the top of that list.

I certainly would have given John Helphrey more stars, except for his unreasonable pay policy. John did some repairs on my ac unit this summer (2014) and told me that he would send me an invoice, because he did not know how much he was going to charge for the work that he did (red flag). It took John 2 to 3 weeks to provide me with an invoice. I received a call from John 2 days after I had received his invoice. He explained how he had not received my payment yet and wanted to know if I had put a check in the mail yet! I informed him that I paid all of my bills at the end of every week, and that I would get a check out to him on Friday. I just had a heater issue (winter 2014) and John refused to do any work for me, because I "held on to my invoice for a while before paying it." Unbelievable.

We had a major issue at our retail store when the AC started blowing warm air in the middle of a heatwave. Customers were getting uncomfortable, and sales were suffering. The technician arrived quickly, diagnosed a faulty capacitor, and replaced it right away. He even cleaned the condenser coils for better performance. Within an hour, the store was cool and inviting again. I appreciated how he worked efficiently without disrupting our business. This kind of prompt service really helps a business maintain its reputation and keep customers happy.

Yukon Heat & Air Conditioning made the HVAC repair process easy. The technician was prompt, courteous, and highly skilled. I couldn’t be happier.
