Five star service from Cody at North Star Comfort! We wanted to get our unit ready before the season started, and they did a fantastic job. Cody took the time to show us what they were checking and gave us some great maintenance tips. We really appreciated that it was a purely educational visit with none of the usual high-pressure sales pitches or hidden fees we experienced with the larger corporate companies. We will definitely be using them from now on.

The big guys just push their clients to install a new system, even if the old one can be fixed with a part or two. Bodie will make sure that you are taken care with honesty and integrity.

This company helped us when our AC broke mid August heat right before a house showing. My favorite thing about them is that they are honest and will NOT take advantage of you or over charge. They also helped my parents who were technically out of there service area but realized how desperate they were with the unsafe heat Temps and a broken AC and fixed it very fast. You won't regret this company, I'm constantly telling people about them and they have yet to disappoint.

Could not ask for a better experience! Joey the technician went right to work and checked out all components for the correct operation even though he found the issue was with a capacitor, he still wanted to make sure he was thorough and that the AC unit was running at full efficiency. Trust is so important especially with repairs to HVAC equipment. Joey fixed exactly what needed to done and showed me what and why! I felt a part of the experience!
