We just purchased a brand new furnace and a/c and were completely new to Shockleys before purchase. Before purchasing, we felt like we got honest information about the different systems and Nathan brought His personal and professional experience regarding the different systems. Once we made the decision of his company, the installation process was very thorough. They ensured that not just their new system but all of our systems were going to be running efficiently, helping the life span of the system itself. The previous duct work was not ideal for airflow so they changed it given with constraints of our current duct work. Once installation was complete, he educated us on our new system and older systems (we have three and it is hard to keep all the areas straight). I cannot say enough about this company. It is simply more than a company.

I have used these guys for years. They are fair & very reasonable. They’ve never taken advantage of me and have always explained what they were doing. My furnace went out and they were here within a few hours to fix it. They only charged me for a service call!

Also, about 8 ago I lost all the Freon in my a/c system. They came out & repaired the line & recharged it. It is still holding (knock on wood) and running like a charm. Every time they come out, they remember what services they’ve done. You really can’t go wrong choosing them. Treat them right & they’ll do the same in kind!

Service was excellent and on time. No tricks with the quote. I asked them to quote me what it would cost for a complete installation, taking care of the site preparation and all the incidentals required for a complete job. They even removed a tree stump that was in the way. The number they quoted me was what I paid. Crew arrived when they said they would. Installation was professional and the site was left cleaner than they started. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family. As a matter of fact that is how I found them, through a recommendation from a friend.

Reese was very professional…punctual and we felt like he was very honest by not trying to up sale on something we didn’t need. Bottom line….you could tell he worked for a great company that cares about their customers while having a positive attitude even in heat index of 102 degrees. Shockley's did a routine maintenance on our 2 air conditioning systems. The older a/c system needed a little extra work and they were able to fix our problem quickly and for a very reasonable price. Everyone I met was very nice and explained everything very clearly. Definitely recommend them!

Shockley's came out to fix our heating system when it went out during record cold temperatures. They came the morning I called even though we were in the middle of a bad storm and the owner even came out himself to make sure everything was safe after the heater had a burning smell the night before. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism and am very thankful to have a working heater again in the middle of a cold snap.

Yesterday it was 110 degrees in OKC. My AC went out so I was pretty desperate to get it fixed given it had been a day and it was now Saturday. My neighbors just so happened to be using Shockley's as I saw one of their work trucks in the driveway. It was my lucky day. I flagged Nathan down as he was heading from his truck back into my neighbors house and asked if he could check out my issues if he had a chance. He said he would be happy to. I knew full well they had many more stops to make that day. 15 minutes later, he and another worker popped over, fixed my issue and went on the many other calls that had that were already scheduled. Super impressive. Nathan was extremely nice, knowledgeable, personable and professional. He squeezed me in to his workload just by me flagging him down in the neighbors yard. HIGHLY recommend them. Great service. We even chatted about music for a bit after discovering mutual interests. Use Shockley's!

I was so impressed with Shockley’s! I called them one afternoon and they were at our house within an hour helping to get our house cooled off! Nathan was super professional and super helpful. I highly recommend Shockley’s and we will definitely be using them again!

Shockley's quickly responded to my AC emergency during the summer heat. They assessed the situation quickly and laid out my options. They worked with my time frame and didn't pressure me to make any hasty decisions. They had a good selection of options and we were able to find one that fit my finances. The unit was quickly installed and has ALREADY saved my electric bill (compared to previous similar temps). The employees at Shockley's are friendly and knowledgeable. They treat all questions with respect. They even went above and beyond during installation and didn't crush my baby blueberry bush that was planted right next to the unit. I didn't even have to point it out to them.

I called Shockley’s on a Saturday when I discovered my attic AC unit dropping water into my garage through the overflow. They called me right back, asked some questions to diagnose over the phone, and (since it wasn’t urgent) let me schedule for the following Monday. They were extremely accommodating with time and agreed to come later in the day to match my schedule. Andy quickly assessed the issue, gave me an accurate estimate for the labor and repair, and got it done quickly. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I rarely post reviews, but I had to this time. This company is top notch! They were super-busy, but still fit us in their schedule to repair our A/C. Andy was incredible. He took the time to visit with my 15 year-old son about trade careers. This is the kind of company you can feel good about supporting!

Came highly recommended. Their prices are fair and transparent. I felt as though they cared about me and gave me space to ask questions and clarify.

Couldn't write a great review about Cool Daddy's Heat and Air and not post a review about Nathan of Shockley's. We had called him a couple of times in the past. Always speedy and fixed everything for a great price with a smile and friendly, professional attitude. He was booked for a longer time than today so he called Chad, his brother from Cool Daddy's Heat and Air and he got to us today. Thank you both for great team work, responsiveness and a great price. So great to find companies with these ethics and positive, speedy repair.

I called Shockleys for a second opinion on my AC unit. They came out the same day that I called and they saved me over $2000 compared to what SunTech was going to charge me. They are good to work with and answered all my questions. I will be using them in the future.

Folks I am here to let you know that shockley's heat and air is outstanding! They repaired my central heat and air unit and it works amazing now! They were on time and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend! If I could post a picture I would to show you that my thermostat is set at 76° and I'm almost freezing! We have had several hundred plus degree days and more expected this week in Oklahoma City and I am very comfortable in my home! They are the best! Thank you!

First, I am not one to write reviews, good or bad; however, this company hands down impressed me 100% +++ The technician was actually early, which was great because it was day 4 of my AC quitting on me. My house was up to 96 degrees inside. Cooper was professional, efficient, and spot on w/his knowledge of AC units. He was honest and only replaced parts necessary to get my AC working again. I told him I see why your company has a 5 star rating!! I want to tell others about Shockley’s. Adding to their list of perfect reviews is my way of giving back to them, and to validate for others you will not regret making them your Heat & Air company.

Rhonda, Nathan and Andy were OUTSTANDING! Our previous HVAC services company has been going through some business gyrations and we have noticed a drop in customer service and an increase in pricing (service contracts, etc.).

We contacted Shockley's to investigate services, prices, etc. We like the fact that they are a local Yukon business and quite close to our home location. Their service agreement is less money, with no drop off in services provided. They provide a discount if you use your own filters, while others do not.

Our first preventative servicing on our American Standard HVAC was today. We couldn't be happier with the courtesy and professionalism, and the very quick response in setting the appointment.

We will execute an annual service agreement with Shockley's and continue to use their excellent company services. A GREAT local business with folks who show genuine care and concern for their customers. Highly recommend!

We have used Shockley's many times for around 14 years. Three times was to purchase HVAC systems for different residences for ourselves or family, and have been very happy with the American Standard products and extremely thankful for the excellent service we have received. Nathan & Andy were first working for Wayne Shockley and kept the business running while Wayne was having health issues, then Nathan purchased the business when Wayne sold the company.
Since then the company expanded and has continued to operate the business in great order. They have gone above and beyond when we needed them. It is wonderful to know we can can count on them when needed. We have recommended Shockley's Heat & Air to numerous people.

Perfect service. Just perfect. Quick, easy, consistent communication to setup an appointment, and the service on my heating system saved me during a long arctic blast. In prior years, my heating had issues that would cause it to freeze up when it gets super cold here for very long. Other HVACs didn't have much in the way of solutions for me. I didn't expect Shockley's to, but Zack made several fixes to my heater on his visit, and it just performed flawlessly through a long arctic blast. I wish I had found them sooner.
