Top notch company, service, sales and everything! Rylan initially came out for around 45 mins and explained everything to me and answered all my questions so I could understand it all. Installers were Carter, Bryce and Barron. They showed up early and got everything done in 3 hours! Throughoutly impressed with this company. I got three quotes from other companies and what Gatlin offered from equipment and warranty, other HVAC companies are fighting for 2nd place. It's not even close. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have used Gatlin heating and air for many years to take care of my heating and air every season. For the first time, I needed them to help me with a plumbing problem. Seth and Dalton were very friendly and professional. They were able to fix the sewer pipe leaking under my home in a timely manner. Amazing guys! Huge shout out to Gatlin Heat & Air. I recently purchased a new home and found issues with the furnace. Gatlin's front office was quick to answer my call and wonderful to work with. Scheduling was simple - within 5 mins I had an appointment for the same day! I had text and email communications.

Mike was first to arrive and on time as scheduled. Mike was transparent and friendly - helping me understand the state of things and how we was approaching the problem. The stubborn furnace led to a few additional follow ups to test sensors, the supply, drainage and more. AJ came to support Mike as they troubleshooted the unit together. They found the issues and got the furnace back up and running smoothly. Both AJ and Mike were amazing to have working on my house. There's no doubt Gatlin will be my go to for future heat and air needs.

Our technician Rylan was very prompt to get here and get to work. He was very informative, knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. He diagnosed our problem quickly and found a solution to said problem and had our heat and air fixed in no time. We are so grateful and thankful for Gatlin Heat and Air and Rylan for coming out before a major snowstorm and fixing our heat and air so we can be cozy, safe and warm indoors. My neighbor recommended Gatlin Heat Air and Plumbing, and I looked them up on Google reviews with very high ratings for their services, but I didn't know if I should call an exclusive plumbing service company or not. A very nice and friendly lady answered my phone call which is usually a very good start for a service company. Since my service did not need an immediate attention and could wait until the next day even though I was given a choice later in the same day, I chose early the next morning. Seth and Dalton came out to our home early today to look at a leak near our water meter leading into the house. They had to dug up a section near the meter with clay and concrete underneath and found the leak. They were very knowledgeable and efficient, I really appreciate their hard work and dedication. They provided a highly professional and highly valued service. They also gave me peace of mind. I will definitely call Gatlin Heat, Air, and plumbing again for their assistance again in the future. The installation of my new electric water heater to replace my gas water heater was quickly done by Seth and Dalton. Gas isn’t for everyone and the replacement has given me peace of mind. Seth and Dalton answered all of my questions and took the time to educate me on information. I really appreciate the fact that they went above and beyond on the job with hauling away old materials and with customer service. If you re looking for plumbing help, you can look around or go right to a local highly rated source like Gatlin. Gatlin beat 2 other higher competitors by a lot on the install and equipment. I really liked that they wrapped everything in insulation as well as replaced older lines. Everything in my closet is new and it was worth every cent. Thank you Seth and Dalton.

Hardin's Heating & Cooling is a first-class operation. They just completed installation on a new construction residential project for us. Their communication is excellent. Their crews are polite, professional, and very organized. Using Hardin's on this project has been one of the best decisions and best experiences I've had with any HVAC contractor in my 40+ years as a builder. Over the past decade we've used Hardin's Heating & Cooling sever times including an A/C replacement, and relocating the furnace into the attic twice - our previous and current homes. Our previous neighbor suggested them.
We have stayed with them for a lot or good reasons including: competency, honesty, and very easy to work with.
Today our fall furnace check up was completed by Tommy Osborne who was both through and friendly, and included a suggestion we may do in the future.
Needless to say we HIGHLY recommend Hardin's Heating & Cooling!
