I greatly recommend Bailey Brothers! Stephen came out to fix a leak under our sink, and was able to replace the line and repair it very quickly. Excellent experience and very professional and personable. I will be using them for any future needs as well.

Stephen was scheduled to come out between 12pm-2pm. He arrived shortly after 12 and immediately started working. He diagnosed and repaired the toilet quickly. He brought my dad and I into the bathroom to show us the 6 foot long tree roots that were clogging our toilet. Highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a plumber!

I've used Bailey on several occasions in the past and always been happy with their work. With this most recent job, Steve came out right on time. Steve had a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable demeaner and helped with ideals on preventing future problems with my plumbing. Thanks Steve.

Jeremy Ralstin was fantastic to work with. He came out quickly when I had a bad experience with first tech that came out. He re-did the whole job by himself and it was a great job. Professional, quality, reliability is what I received from him. I will be referring him to people I know and anyone else.

This experience was very disappointing. The plumber called and said he would be on the way. Then he texted and said he was getting lunch. Then he texted an hour later and said he was finishing with a customer and then going to head over to us. Then, another hour later, he texted and said he was coming.

Forty-five minutes later, he still hadn’t arrived and I texted him to cancel. He arrived about 5 minutes later and was apologetic. We scheduled a pressure tank replacement for the following day. He said he would be there at 9am.

The following day, I texted him at 8:45am to say that that the garage was open and we were ready for the water to be turned off. He acknowledged my text. By 10am he had not arrived or messaged me so I asked if he was still coming. Ten minutes later he said he was on his way to get our parts. Twenty minutes after that he called and said he was at the supplier and they did not have the tank we needed. He asked if we could wait “a few more days”.

I’ll never call them again.

Called Bailey Brothers for a Clog somewhere in my pipes. I'm glad I called, because I got Steven. He was very Professional, Courteous, and very Informative. He explained each step of the way. Steven creates a atmosphere of Friendly, Trustworthy service. I would use again. Thank You.

Our bathroom flooded from water backing up out of our shower. Bailey Brothers sent Larry out here faster than you can order a pizza these days. He was friendly, professional and had our problem solved in no time at all. Very happy with the cost and thankful to have a honest business like Bailey Brothers available to serve our needs.

Jeremy came out earlier than expected which was great. He is absolutely the kindest and most polite professional we have encountered. He completed a valve replacement and worked quickly. He even took the extra time to show us where our water shut off valve in our new house is located. Will definitely be calling this company back for any future plumbing services needed. My family was plagued on christmas day with several backed up toilets that were starting to fill up in the tubs and showers. When I called Bailey brothers Plumbing, I didnt know what to expect. Steven and Aaron came out promptly after I made the call for a plumber, the following day. I deeply appreciate their readiness to help another when they could be at home spending time with their family. Their prompt and timely manner put my family at ease. After they arrived, they got straight to work. No ifs ands or buts, they just got the job done. We live in the Yukon area and recommend Steven and Aaron with Bailey Brothers for anyone who needs a plumber for any issues.

I called Bailey Brothers and they showed up within the hour! Very prompt.
Unfortunately it was all downhill from there:
I was quoted $2,800 to fix a broken fitting on the bottom of a well pressure tank. They said the whole tank needed replaced along with other fittings and their labor. I questioned why the broken fitting couldn’t simply come out of the tank so that the entire tank didn’t need replaced. I insisted they try to remove the fitting and when they did, it came right out. So right there saved over $1,000 just because they were going to be lazy and not try to remove the broken fitting. When I tried to question, very nicely, why I was being charged so much for labor and a part ($1,200- $1,400) to resolve this issue, Larry got hostile and hung up on me after saying if I didn’t like the price I could call someone else. He left me and my customer high and dry with no water all night just because I was questioning some things and trying to figure out why labor was so high. He ignored calls and texts, which I could see he did in fact read. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Not to mention lazy. Do NOT waste your time calling them.

Highly recommend Bailey Brothers! Stephen came out within hours of calling. He was incredibly professional, transparent, and personable. Stephen took the time to explain the processes and actually listened to any of my concerns. The greatest part? The cost was very affordable! I have found my new plumbing company! Thank you, Stephen!

Called Bailey Brothers Plumbing on a Friday around 2:30 PM—the day before we were about to get full-blown Snowpocalypse. We had a leak somewhere in our hot water closet and had already struck out with several other plumbing companies. One of them actually referred us to Bailey Brothers… and that alone says something.
Bailey Brothers said, “No problem,” and sent Larry Floyd to the rescue.
Larry was fantastic. Super professional, easy to work with, and honestly brought some serious Sherlock-level deduction skills to the job. This was not an easy issue to find, but he didn’t rush, didn’t make excuses, and didn’t quit because it was cold or getting late. He stayed with it until he figured it out—and fixed it—just in time before the great cold front of 2026 hit.
Huge thanks to Larry and the entire Bailey Brothers team for saying yes when others said no. That kind of service is rare, and it matters. Highly recommend.

I can't say thank you enough to these amazing people! Aaron was able to get me a quote on a new HVAC system and get the ball rolling ASAP. Thanks to them, I have the security my heater will last long past this Apocalypse Snowmagedon!!!! We're sitting roasty toasty and no more cold spots in our house! They were so nice, very thorough and didn't rush the install process just to get to the next job. Highly recommend this wonderful company.

Stephen and Aaron installed a new Bradford White 40 gallon gas hot water tank 1/2 in the attic today for a lot of money :) but the best estimate I got. I chose Bailey brothers bc Stephen was the person I felt most trust worthy to do good work and stand behind it after so many calls, texts, and estimates in person. He is the only one that did not criticize anyone else or try to "convince" me to go with him over a week long decision making process for me....its in there! I have hot water today! And I have no reason to believe that will not continue to be the case...
