They were prompt with showing up the same day we called. Our technician, Armando was very nice and respectful. He made sure that he cleaned up after he was done and we were aware of what he was doing. The owner of the company also called us personally to make sure we were happy with their services and if we needed anything else to let them know and they’d take care of it right away. This was our very first time using them and I can say 5 stars no doubt. We appreciate a job well done and can rest easier now with no more headaches.

We had the pleasure of having Jay come out to diagnose and repair a few issues with our hot water heater. Not only was Jay competent in diagnosing and repairing our problems, he provided valuable information on how to properly maintain the system so we can reduce the risk of further problems. I highly recommend their services and commend Jay specifically for having the technical skills and superior customer service. Great job.

We had a slab leak (can’t even tell) and by far the best quote received in the metro! Jay has been out to the has twice to fix issues that were not found on our home inspection moving up from Fort Bliss. I will use this company and request Jay for all of our upcoming future projects. Thanks for saving us an arm and possibly a leg!

Took over a month after approval to lay my new sewer line, still leaked due to them breaking the new line when filling in ditch. Drained properly for about a week, now its blocked up again. I Have Homeserve Insurance, and they booked 1800plumber.

They were quick to get out. Cayce was amazing. He listened to what I said, he was polite. The work was clean and fast.

*****Please be aware of the unethical business practices from this company. A technician came to my home on Tuesday, December 3rd to repair a very small leak from my Kohler toilet. The repair after it was finally completed costs me $379.81 to fix a very small leak. The technician told me the part was $140.00 plus one hour of labor at $220.00. He left the packaging for the part in my trash and turns out the part was less than $20.00, leaving $350.00 for labor. This is absolutely outrageous, unethical and dishonest! I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and I feel victimized by this company. To add insult to injury, I have requested a detailed invoice five times but the owner refuses to send it. I will be contacting the State AG to pursue further action.

Awful service, took several days to get a call back. Did work without asking us then charged us for it on top of sending an invoice to our warranty company too. They are now being investigated by our warranty company!

We had a bit of a mix-up on the appointment but once they arrived, the service was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast.

This company quoted the price to come and replace a shut-off valve on the back of my refrigerator. They came unprepared without proper parts. They Jimmy rigged it and put a part that didn't even fit my refrigerator. Then left in the middle of the job to go install someone else's water tank. That night I had to run all over town looking for the correct part. I called and asked them to come back and finish the job the next day. The price doubled. Seniors beware!

Travis was wonderful. Took care of all my concerns. He had an apprentice with him and they worked well together and got everything done with no delays. Came day after I called. Impressed! Thank you!

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!! USE CAUTION WHEN HIRING THIS SHADY BUSINESS!!!!

I hired this company for a simple garbage disposal installation in my kitchen. I was quoted a price over the phone, and when the technician arrived, he confirmed the quote after looking under the sink. He initially commented on how nice my house was for someone my age, which I initially took as a simple compliment. He then asked what I did for work and, upon discovering I was a pilot, bluntly stated, "Wow, you must make a lot of money." He started the job, but halfway through, he realized he didn't have the correct fitting and told me he was quickly running to the store. He finished the job in a timely manner and then approached me for payment. At this time, he informed me that the final cost would be an additional 40% more than the quoted price. At no time during the initial quote or while he was working was I made aware of this additional charge. This occurred even though he saw me working in my office as he made numerous trips in and out of my house, leaving the door open every time in the middle of the summer. I reluctantly paid the full amount so as not to delay the technician from completing his future jobs that day. I immediately asked for his supervisor's contact number to make them aware of the unauthorized up-charge. After speaking with the manager, we came to an agreement: I would receive 50% of the overcharge back in the form of a cashier's check sent through the mail. This agreement was made in August, and it is now December. Initially, when I called for an update, they claimed they were "always looking into when the check would be sent." After a month of these vague excuses, no one from this business will answer my calls. I sincerely hope this company decides to do the right thing and honor our agreement. Use extreme caution if you hire this company.

Cayce/CJ and Santiago came out today after I’d had another plumber out 4 days prior. As of now the clogged drain problem is solved, if not I will update this review. Very professional and courtesy was top notch. I highly recommend 1-800 Plumbing and Air. They worked me in when they didn’t have to, so very appreciative. Top notch and will use again. This is on a HomeServe plan, the other available plumbing companies were Superior, out of Tulsa = were the ones out Monday, and next available was the following Monday, 4 days later. Like I said I highly recommend 1-800- Plumbing and Air out of Yukon. CJ AND SANTIAGO WERE very courteous, and professional. Their cleanup was excellent, compared to others that have been sent out. Let’s just hope the problem is solved.
