I've consistently had great experience characterized by great service from Champion Plumbing. Today's experience with Brian Morrell was no different - he was professional and affable. He kindly and thoroughly explained everything he was doing (and why). I also appreciate how carefully he assessed his work after installing new items.

Champion Plumbing is great! Brian our Service Technician was very professional and replaced our water valve assembly, the copper tube cracked from frozen water expanding. All fixed better than new! Thanks Champion Plumbing!

Daniel Walton, my technician, was very polite and informative of the repair that I was requesting to have done. He also gave information on a complete replacement if I wanted to in the future. He was thorough with the cost of the repair and materials. He was on time and efficient with the repair that he did, and I would definitely use Champion Plumbing again in the future.

Champion plumbing is the best! Fast, reliable, and very reasonable with pricing. The entire customer service experience is always way more than you would expect. Tito Martinez came out and fixed up some washer box issues with corroded valves. He coordinated with the team at Champion to make sure we got just what we needed. Don’t mess around with the other guys, call Champion the next time something won’t go down the drain.

Just had a clog in our kitchen sink cleaned out. Tech was very professional and properly explained all options so we could choose what would be best for us. He made sure the issue was completely cleaned out, and offered after care advice to clean up any remaining residue in the pipes. Champion has previously replaced our water heater and fixed some other issues in our house, and we are very glad to go with them. They're well worth the price!

Absolutely awesome experience. Bryan and… Bryan (yep, double trouble) were pros. Gave options with clear pricing, nailed the install of a new pressure tank, switch, and filter, tidied up my water line chaos, fixed a toilet just for fun, and still had time to brainstorm my next project. Clean, courteous, on time, and price matched the quote. I’m calling the Bryans from now on.

Ethan was able to come out same day and restore hot water to us. He was very kind and took the time to explain our options. Will definitely use Champion for any future plumbing needs!

I was out of the country and my elderly sister was at my house when a HOSE inside my restaurant style spray faucet started leaking. I told her to call Champion Plumbing because the last time this happened (while I was travelling and she was there) they came out and fixed it for $230 which is high but not crazy unreasonable. This time the technician came out and told my sister that I needed an entirely new faucet because it was leaking in so many places that it would cost $430 to fix it. She called me in New Zealand and I spoke to the technician, Ethan Patton, and told him exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. All he had to do was unscrew the sprayer head and unscrew the hose just above the faucet handle and replace that hose. He stood by his opinion that I needed a new faucet so I sent him away. When I got home I got the hose and fixed the problem in under 15 minutes using a pair of pliers. I am a 68 year old lady and had no problem fixing it at all! I think Ethan Patton was taking advantage of my elderly sister. I called Champion Plumbing just a few minutes ago and talked to the office manager about it. All she could say was that it was Ethan's "professional opinion". There was no apology. I will never call them again!

This company went above and beyond. One scheduling me quickly, and being incredibly kind from hello. The technicians, especially Brian, were so professional, personable, genuine, and honest. A lot of places would try to upsell you and things that you don’t need or use every opportunity to make extra dollars. This company did everything they could to assure me, and explain everything both in instructions and how to do things for my self in the future, and to help extend my budget to what I could afford. It was one of those experiences that makes you smile to remember that there are nice caring people in the world, and businesses that aren’t just trying to steal your dollars, they’re trying to make you a customer for life.

Justin did an excellent job replacing our outside faucet after the freeze. He was polite and competent.

I was referred to Champion Plumbing by a different plumbing company that thought I might be a great candidate for their re-lining of sewer pipe. Unfortunately I wasn't a candidate for the new technology and had to have my sewer pipe replaced. They were great to work with very responsive to making things right. They had to go into my neighbors yard to reach the main sewer line. My neighbors are new to the community, but commented that Champion team left their yard better than they found it, and ask for their name in case they ever needed a plumber.

Was referred to Champion Plumbing from my sister because she liked their service and felt like they didn’t over charge. This was not my experience and I was price gouged. Called them Wednesday (5/31) and they were able to come out next morning on Thursday (6/1) the technician was punctual and polite and took a short look at everything before he recommended a leak check. Leak check cost 400 hundred dollars. I informed him that the sound was coming from the wall and that when you pressed on the wall it would change the sound. He responded saying that it still could be a leak under the concrete and that leak check will pinpoint the exact spot of the leak and CHECK MY ENTIRE HOUSE. Friday morning leak check arrives and takes a look at the spot of the leak. Shortly after I leave the bathroom they inform me that they punched a hole in the wall where the leak was, where I originally knew it was, and that they were done. They didn’t check the rest of the house and I had to ask them to check our toilet as well. When I called champion plumbing about the issues with leak check they tell me that it is a company that they sub contract to and if I wanted they can come back out and finish the job. I just want my money back for the unnecessary service that I deferred to the “professional” plumbers to recommend.

Woodrow was great! We are so pleased with how our appointment went today went. We will def be calling for all of our plumbing needs. He really took the time to explain and not in a condescending manner. He answered all of my questions and so many (with the walk through) that I didn't even think to ask him about. 10/10 would recommend. I loved that I have quotes for several projects in the future and I can plan for those things better. I’m very impressed with the service we recieved and the price was even better! Very reasonable for the caliber of work and help provided.

Had a washer drain that was bad and Steve and Eric came out and Repaired it . They were easy to work with explained everything from the cause to the Repair. Will not find better people to repairs plumbing issues

Bought our home new 30 years ago. Unfortunately, got a leak. Chase came out, checked, advised leaking near the meter. Would send a crew out in 2 days to repair. Right on time Dominique and Brian arrived. The repair was made. I even bought their lunch. Brian is a dog guy, treated my Fred like good dog people do. Dominique gave him some attention as well. Probably our FORTH time over the years to use Champion. One more thing. Brittney that took care of my calls was wonderful as well as Melissa who transferred me. Thanks Champion, our yard will not be a swimming pool for Christmas.

Brian is my new super hero. He managed to dead lift the heavy tank into position and saved the cabinets from being pulled out. The entire team is great. Champion (Ethan, also super nice) came out on a Sunday to start working on it and had it fixed Monday morning. Everyone was friendly and worked quickly to replace my hot water tank. Very pleased with the reasonable cost too. Thanks Champion and thanks again Brian.

RAUL VASQUEZ serviced my plumbing issue. Unclogged my drain, fished a camera, and performed a plumbing inspection in our new home. His customer service and knowledge of the trade was impeccable. I will request him for all service calls in the future. Also the lady who took my call was so sweet and professional. She said "we are a real company" lol I was sold.

Had a clogged pressure reducing valve. I was fearful that my pipes were frozen or busted as that is what the City of OKC kept telling me for a week. Thomas with Champion Plumbing came to my home and instantly put my mind at ease, he was informative about every step and started with the most logical and cost effective solution. Luckily, it was the exact issue and he was able to get it fixed in no time! No runaround or trying to squeeze me for every dollar in my bank account, just pure genuineness and professionalism. I cannot recommend enough. While he was here, I asked if he could flush the tankless water heater as well; not a problem!!! Just the best plumbing company by far! Not to mention Melissa who answered the phone when I called to set the appt. She was able to get Thomas out quickly so we could get water and answers, great teamwork! THANK YOU!

The staff of 1800 Plumber+Air were great. They worked with me to have our repairs covered by our home warranty. Very pleased with them!

Jay came out to the house and did great work on our hot water tanks! I really enjoyed talking to him as he worked and explained how the tanks worked.

Of course it was almost 5:00 pm on a Friday when we had a plumbing issue. Our regular plumber couldn’t come until tomorrow, I should say our former plumber. 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR was out within the hour. The plumber that came out put covers on his shoes at our front door and quickly determined the issue. The charge was a typical charge for an after hours call and we’ll be using this company for some shower faucet installs in a couple of months. Thank you so much for your quick & friendly service!
