Travis was the repairman that did a great job! He explained different procedures and got the plumbing working properly. I definitely would call this company again.

This company was assigned to me through my home warranty. The representative who came out to do the inspection was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, and thorough. However, the person handling the finances, Vince, was extremely disappointing. I was overcharged by hundreds of dollars. After shopping around, I easily found a much cheaper quote.

I even called back because I wanted the original rep, who was so kind and helpful, to have the job. Instead, Vince told me to find someone else. So I did, and my new water heater is now being installed for hundreds of dollars less.

Owner is extremely rude. He yelled at me so bad because I called to get clarification as to why my garage disposal is no longer sitting in my sink aligned well like it was prior to them removing it to perform the job. He told me to meet him at the unit the next day so he could show me exactly but the way he yelled at me on the phone no way I was going to meet him in person. No way he should feel comfortable speaking to anyone like that it was absurd!!

Excellent work! Travis and his helper came to do repair on my dripping shower. They came courtesy of my home warranty company and they were very respectful, as I had another person in my home at the same time. They did a first class job. I have to replace the drywall but it is great knowing that the drip has stopped. I now have full access to my shower. Thank you.

Floor drain was backed up, the technician (Travis) who came out was completely awesome. His whole goal was to make sure I was satisfied. This comment is truly not about the service but the great work that he did, to get the drain unclogged. He was professional, determined and most of all honest! his work ethics are impeccable and you don't find many like that these days. Great Job Travis and continue to serve your customers the way you do!

My experience was as good as it gets. In 2017 my sewer and gas lines were replaced to the main. Unfortunately I didn’t have the right plumbing company. They only did the bare minimum. Now in 2025 my drains weren’t draining so 1800 plumber of Yukon+ air assessed my situation and thank the lord I had coverage from HomeServe who covered me for 1500 of my bill . The plumbing team was awesome, courteous and professional. My job took one day to complete and they removed cast iron and lead pipes from 1951 and put pvc everywhere drains were needed for my home. They up sold me a back flow preventer which if I ever need it will definitely be worth it.

Jeremy did an exceptional job. He kept in contact with me to be certain I knew what was going on and that my problem was resolved. I’ve had two other people from different companies out that fixed nothing. Highly recommend.

Jeremy Ralstin Was very nice and respectable. He made me feel comfortable and made me feel like I Mattered. I think it's unfortunate that we don't have More technicians like Jeremy Ralstin.

Our tech, Aaron, came over quickly after we called. He was able to find our problem and got straight to fixing it. He was up front about the cost and it was a reasonable rate. I would definitely call them again for my next plumbing issue. Great service.

I was so pleased with my recent plumbing service from Bailey Brothers that I decided to hire them to replace my old AC and Heating System. I'm glad I did. The new system is exactly what I needed. Aaron Fagerson was my service technician and did an awesome job. The job was completed in one day and is working perfectly. Between the time I first called to the time Cody was at the front door was less than 90 minutes, so I was very happy about that. It took Cody about 25 minutes to resolve my issue which ultimately was a septic tank problem, not a plumbing issue. That notwithstanding, Cody continued to repair the problem quickly and professionally and suggested some preventive maintenance tips. The cost was more than reasonable, the service was what one expects (but rarely receives) and Bailey Brothers Plumbing will continue to receive my business.

I have used Bailey Bros a few times now. I’ve had Jeremy each time. He does a great job and is just a really nice guy. He goes above and beyond to help you out.

I had a clog in the drain between the kitchen sink, washer and main drain. Robert and his helper listen to me explain what was going on and what I have done that hadn’t fixed the problem. They decide to snake from the outside wall under the kitchen sink, they ran 50-70’ of snake and then had me full the sinks and pull the plugs and both sinks drained and didn’t cause a backup thru the garage drain.

Ran into some problems due to a previous plumber's shoddy work. Bailey Brother's Plumbing was able to assess and fix the problem in no time. Supper helpful techs. Great communications. We have had them work on our personal home several times, along with rental properties and my elderly grandmother. They are always fair on pricing, do what the say and don’t take advantage of situations.

Our family is so grateful that during such a demanding time a service tech was sent out to our home, the same day we called, to diagnose our broken heater.
