Don't recommend them at all. The plumber boke a pipe and wouldn't fix it unless I paid him for it.

This was my experience. I called Rheem (water heater company) due to the 1.5 month old water heater leaking from the bottom. They were great and had me check the top to see if the lines were leaking which were dry then check the pressure release valve and drain valve. Both were dry and at this point the agent with Rheem said they were recommending a full replacement then said with the water heater not being very old they would send a plumber out to check the water heater and said they would cover the installation. I say that would be great and get an email within 10 minutes that contractor was 1800 plumber+air and I should receive a call within 1 day from them. 2 days later they call me and the gentleman asked for Richard, I say no Richard here and he says umm ok what about Brandon. I say yes this is Brandon. Now at this point Since I had already waited this long I was just going to replace the hot water heater myself after work. However, he changes my mind by saying he can install the new one for me the same day as long as I can have the new one ready. We then agreed on 2pm and he arrives around 4:30. Around 5 he knocks on my door and says when he moved one of the hoses it cracked. I let him know it was not cracked before he touched it and he states he didn't break it. At this point he types on his tablet then shows me $178 will fix it. I'm obviously very frustrated at this point. We go back n forth on him fixing and he says he wouldn't be able to complete the install unless I paid for him to fix it. After a couple minutes since I have a broken pipe I realize I'm screwed on having it working so I let him fix it.

Complete con artist in the end. Hire another company that will fix things they break and not charge the customer for their own mistakes. I understand that people make mistakes just take accountability and resolve them.

I am happy to write a review on this company. We have never used 1-800-Plumber +Air before and I can assure you we will definitely use them again. Tyler Robert was the name of the Plumber who arrived at our house with the task to fix our problem. He arrived timely and went straight to work. He was knowledgeable, courteous and knew what to do without hesitation. He gave great advice, our problem has been fixed and no other issues have developed. I highly recommend this company and if possible, request Tyler Robert. Excellent work ethics and he knows his job well. Thank you Tyler for a job well done.

This was the best company we've ever worked with. Our water heater caught fire and this team put together an estimate, got it approved through insurance, and came to install it the next day. The communication was amazing, the team was super friendly and helpful, and the new water heater is wonderful. Very professional. We highly recommend!

The first technician came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with our water heater and ordered the needed part. We thought we would have to wait for days, but we were pleasantly surprised when a second technician came the very next day with the replacement part and repaired it.
We would definitely recommend!

We were without hot water for over a week, and it was quite a challenge. However, Jay Keith came to our rescue. He arrived at our house on Friday night and worked tirelessly until midnight to replace our water heater. His dedication and hard work were truly exceptional.

Awesome experience with both guys. They came out to give me a free estimate, was very comparable with pricing and got me a good deal got it fixed within an hour. Later that evening I had a separate issue that I needed help with and I texted Tyler asking for advice and within 20 minutes him and another worker show up and fixed it right then and there. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone

Great customer service and pricing for supplies and labor was unreal…. almost half of what others quotes where. My Service Man Mr Jay was awesome and walked and talked me through the whole process of his service call and also brought a few other things I could do to improve my equipment….. great job 1-800-plumbers …..: it’s hard to find a good honest repairman nowadays…..

Very happy with this service! I was notified a technician was on the way. The plumber, Devonne was very respectful and wore booties (shoe covers) to not track dirt or dust on the carpet. He did a thorough job in assessing the problem, when what seemed like a shower pan problem turned out to stem from the drain pipe. Grateful for his due diligence. Highly recommend.

Please read the BBB complaints first! Be cautious before using them. The techs that I dealt with were great, but the person making and doing the charges will upcharge, charge for things never done, not give you a itemized break down of all charges and warrenty payments, and commit fraud to your warrenty company to collect the job amount from them and you! Their own techs said the exact same thing! GET A SECOND OPINION FIRST!

Devonne was the absolute best! When we need assistance again we will definitely request him! He knows the true meaning of customer service - he was courteous, careful, respectful, and very knowledgeable! He was diligent in seeing the job through and didn’t give up and we appreciated that as we had guests staying with us which would have put us in a real bind had he not stayed with it. He tried everything possible and then actually had to remove the commode to cure the problem and by the grace of God he broke through with the last 5 inches (and I mean 5 inches) of snake that he had. He brought 7 snakes (rods) but honestly he needs at least 3 more of those to carry with him because I was afraid we weren’t going to get to the bottom of the problem. He was so careful going in and out of the house and didn’t hit the wall or door one time, put towels and cardboard down to be extra careful and you just don’t get that kind of service from many people now days! I can’t say enough about what a fantastic job he did but I hope you can make sure his boss receives a copy of this review because he has an exceptional employee, the kind that are few and far between. I hope he realizes what he has and pays him well!

It was easy to fix an appointment and the technician arrived at the time frame that was given to me. The tech was very friendly, explained the issue and fixed it quickly. Happy with the work and sure to recommend them to my friends.

Had an appointment scheduled for 8-10am, after nobody showed up by 10:15 I called the company and I was told that I was mistaken. The office manager told me that he had said to schedule an appointment with me for 10 to 12 not 8 to 10 as I thought. I reviewed the email and text that I received from one 800 Plumber I was able to send him confirmation that he did indeed set the time for 8 to 10 AM. At that point he apologized and said that he also had a technician not show up for his shift. Therefore, he was short a truck on the road. At that point he told me that he was able to reschedule my appointment from 10 to 12 in it and keep the next truck available to my house which he thought would be between 10 to 12 AM. 10 to 12 came in and went , I called the company again and I was told that the job that the technician that was to come to my house was waiting for him to finish his other job therefore I needed to wait or reschedule. I told him I did not wanna waste another day so that I needed someone to make it to my house today. He showed me that he would get somebody out to my house as soon as possible. Somebody finally showed up at my house at 1:30. He worked on my hot water heater for a couple hours until another technician came to show him how to do the job it would seem to me because he was not able to install a couple simple parts by himself. After the other guy left he pushed it one hot water heater back together and left my house about 330 Nathan say I wasted a whole day I had to take the day off when I had only planned to take the morning off and go in around 11 o’clock. I’m very disappointed with the service and the Customer Service although you guys Did a good job and install the park correctly and now my hot water heater I was very inconvenienced by your company and I felt rudely treated by the office manager who said all they could provide me with was and I’m sorry and I actually feel like he was quite a trooper for me about my appointment time so sad with your company and I would not recommend your company to anybody

Big shout out to 1-800 Plumber + Air for their quick response over the weekend. The technician Vince did a great job clearing the blocked pipes and getting the water flowing again. Their rates, given the circumstances, were reasonable and I also like the two week guarantee.

I can't leave a positive review to recommend them. They made it out on time. They did routine maintenance on my water heater to flush it out. Once the maintenance was completed, I noticed that the value they used to flush it had leaked and pointed it out. The value they used was not broken and needed to be replaced. All of a sudden my perfectly working water heater is now damaged, and I am expected to pay for it. Terrible customer service and not worth the value. I will not be using them again. And will tell anyone who asks about them that the service was horrible. It showed up and caused damage and made me pay for it. Impossible to speak positively about that.

In clearing a partially clogged shower drain, I compacted the loosened calcium carbonate deposits into a complete clog deep down at the elbow.

The insurance company was the one who selected Plumber+ Air.
Felix was very professional and answered all my questions and was able to get my toilet and shower unclogged.
I had very little clean up and got it done in no time. I went outside to check the drains out there because he had checked them when he first arrived.. he did see that one was clogged pretty bad. He forgot to put caps back on these 3 pipes and I was able to do it with no problems. I would be glad for them to come fix other plumbing issues, if I should have them.

Had a great experience with CJ. He was very knowledgeable and efficient! Great service!
