Robert was wonderful! He identified all (yes, there were multiple!) of our problems and fixed them quickly and everything works again. And all this on a Sunday! I strongly recommend choosing them, and asking for Robert-- he knows his stuff!

I called Rooterman for an issue I had with my sink. Jerome came and fixed my issue. He was very knowledgable and took the time to explain the steps to me. Would highly recommend this company.

I dealt with Lisa and Robert with my sewage back up problem at my home. Lisa is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and Robert came to assess the sewage issue on a Sunday and didn't charge any extra for it being a weekend, infact he didn't charge me anything for the Sunday visit because I hired him to do the job of replacing the sewage line to my home which he did the next day. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest plumber not looking to take advantage of people. I can't thank Robert and his team enough for making me and my home a priority, you guys are the best.

We recently had Jerome come in and replace a pipe under the kitchen sink. He replaced it quickly and professionally. He explained what was wrong, fixed it properly, and made sure everything was working before leaving. Very reliable, knowledgeable and I’d definitely recommend him.

Jerome was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, clean, and clearly very knowledgeable. He helped methodically narrow down a leak issue and made the process easy to understand, which was greatly appreciated.

And yes—his mustache deserves an honorable mention. It matched the confidence and skill he brought to the job. Highly recommend Jerome for any plumbing issues.

Zack, the young man who attended the call, was outstanding. Timely, friendly, honest and straightforward, not much more you could ask for. My issue was a pain in the ass but required professional help and Zack quoted me a price… I accepted, the quote, he was done the job inside 20 minutes and we shook hands. Great experience all round

Very prompt service. Lisa at the office booked me an appointment and told me about the service window. They said that I would receive a text when a technician was on their way. I received a text when the technician was on his way. The technician arrived within 35 minutes. He assessed the job gave me a price and commenced the work. The work was done as described and he gave me recommendations on what to do to prevent further recurrence. Adam was very friendly and ensure that the job was done right. Thank you.

The 2 gentleman that came to fix our kitchen drains and pipes were amazing. They took thier time and fixed our issue. They were courteous and thier customer service was excellent. Though we didnt plan to spend so much we were reassured should be good for another 20 years. Should be worth it.

The service took about 30 min as he stated the clog from the kitchen sink was about 35ft in. We made it easy for him as I had already cut the pipe so he had easy access. It wasn't put back together so I had to buy a clean out connection for the next time this should happen. The charge was excessive at $452.00.

Response. Not sure where you assumed/noted that "I" was aware before your technician started the service. No one provided a quote ahead of time as it was stated that you can't give a quote over the phone until there was an assessment.

Second, the technician went ahead with the service and gave us the bill at the end which we didn't know that it would have been that excessive! It's a good scam to pull on customers.

Last, I made it easy for the technician and cut an access for him before hand. 20min of work for him and a surprise bill at the end. Not an honest company!
