Very poor service! Nobody works after 3, show up early for appointments when I’m not home, then charge 300+ dollars for 10 minutes of work. Didn’t paint the gas lines like they had noted would be done so had to get paint and do that my self. Then mis diagnosed a furnace issue and called it a day. Glad I talked to someone else with better rates. Probably would have charged 1000+ after just throwing parts at what they thought it might be. Meanwhile the furnace itself has a service code light that anyone can read with directions printed right next to it. Clearly wasn’t the issue they said it was and I’m no rocket scientist

Sad that a small town business that you would assume is reputable handles business this way. Do whatever you can to rack the bill up and take money from locals. Would never recommend.

had two awesome experiences with A1, first my washer died. Tech gave a detailed explanation as to fix or not. Decided on new machine from A1, installed and setup efficiently by service. Second my basement flooded on a Sunday, called emergency heating #, who in turn called Thomas the plumber who came within 1/2 hour, concluded my drain frozen, setup a pump and pumped water into sewer drain until original problem resolved.
Overall great customer service and knowledgeable staff

Will be coming to do my panel sometime after Easter, but seems a good guy.

Mike from South Coast was great and on time. He communicates well and explained exactly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. I've never had an electrician or contractor be so efficient.

After a bit of a mix up on my part. I inadvertently scheduled another business after contacting a few places for quotes. (Basically I scheduled two companies for service) I explained my error to Southcoast Electric when they contacted me. The professionalism and understanding I received was fantastic. I don't like to waste peoples time as we all know how busy companies are. After that kind of professionalism for my error I fully intend on contacting Southcoast Electric for my next electrical needs! I believe they will be fair and do what needs to be done to help a customer. I thank them again for their understanding.

McBride electric does my odds and ends around my house. Dimmers, installation of chandeliers etc. All the stuff I have no clue to do. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

There is no beauty without structure and safety. If you have an older home that has kept you awake for fear of old wiring, then trust Zimmerman Electric to shine a light on potential problems and bring everything up to date! Technicians Matt and Ethan couldn't have been more courteous and competent, replacing Edison era outlets and installing a complex ground fault receptacle. They took time to ensure everything was right and to explain every procedure. Zimmerman Electric was highly recommended by a friend and now I recommend them to you! :)

We used Zimmerman to install an electric feed from our breaker panel to our hot water heater in our 100 year old home. Nathan (estimator) came promptly to quote the job and was a pleasure to deal with. The installation team (Matt and Matt) arrived when scheduled. They were very professional. The work was complicated by needing to work in a crawlspace and wet basement, but the team did an excellent job. We would definitely use them again.

Had a great experience with the whole Zimmerman Electric team. Friendly, professional and great work. I had one minor issue after the work was completed with an outlet and they came right away and repaired it. I will definitely use them again for our kitchen this coming year.
