This is the most professional and helpful service I have ever gotten in my life. I had many problems with my dishwasher and the stove/oven. I called a few different companies and nobody was able to fix the problem. When Matt came, not only did he fix both the dishwasher and the oven, he also shared a few practical tips on how to take care of my appliances so they can last longer. I am very grateful for his help.

My dryer broke down and I was referred to Matt by our local Facebook group. I was very pleased that when I called him, he was able to fit us in same day for a service call. Matt was very upfront about pricing and gave all options for fixing the problem. Matt took the time to explain everything and ensure we got everything we needed. This is the second time that Matt has come to our house to help us out. Our furnace shut off and we contacted him at 8:30am. Two hours later, he was here to fix our problem. We highly recommend his services and will continue to use him in the future.

I called Matt because my fridge wasn’t cooling. He was so thorough at diagnosing the problem which the fan was malfunctioning. He made sure I understood the problem because he had to order a part. He showed me the website that he ordered from so I could see the cost. He could have easily marked up the price and I wouldn’t have known but Matt isn’t like that. He is very honest, so rare to find. I highly recommend him.

After inly 2 years mine are falling apart and he will not fix them.

Would not recommend, took a 50 pint dehumidifier, never heard back from him, kept calling, then finally got a hold of him, said said he was going to use universal parts as he couldn’t get original parts, this has been like 8 months. Finally got a hold of him again and said the dehumidifier was still not working, so made arrangements to pick up the unit, got there he wanted to give me a 30 pint dehumidifier that was a different brand and wasn’t working either. Told him that the dehumidifier wasn’t mine, he then said that he must of gotten rid of it, but wasn’t sure and didn’t seem to care. In short beware of Chris at Appliance Answers, not a reliable business.
