I got Matt’s name from A friend when I reached out for help because my dishwasher flooded my basement. He was at my house within 2 hours of my call. He quickly determined that the pump was broken and would cost me $200-$300 to repair. He suggested I buy a new dishwasher as they were on sale right now for $350 and even messaged me the ad. That wasn’t the end though. I have been trying to install a sliding patio dog door for my elderly dog and could not get past step 1 of the instructions. When I mentioned this to him, he immediately said that he would help me. He did! He stayed until it was done! His kindness just before Christmas made me cry. Thank you Matt for your help and guidance and even the hug when I cried. I would definitely recommend your company to my real estate clients and friends and family. I will also call you when my new dishwasher arrives for the install. Again, thank you. The world needs more people like you.

Highly recommend Matt's services. He was quick at getting back after I had reached out and very kind. We had asked him to come and repair our dishwasher that was broken and he was upfront and honest saying we would be better off buying a new one rather than having him fix everything that needed to be done. This was much appreciated! Since our freezer was also on the fritz he was able to look at it and fix it the same day.

Matt was referred to us by my sister, who was extremely pleased with how Matt communicated with her and completed the jobs required.
I called Matt, he actually picked up my call, we spoke briefly about what I needed, he asked that I call him back which I did several hours later and again he answered the phone. Often calling repair/service people you get a vm or sent to an email. Matt and I spoke, set up a mutually convenient time, he was early, got straight to work which was installing a new rain shower head etc. everything was done properly and he reads instructions!!!! He explained everything about it, since its a dual head and hand held, installed new toilet seat. Cleaned up and was done in an hour. Great guy, trustworthy and does great work! I’m sure we’ll be using him again if needed!
