Ian was great . He gave me a call before the service to let me know he's in his way. He fixed my toilet draining problem promptly and the experience was seamless.

Good experience with the tech. Nice guy, took off his shoes. Came in and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed (needed to be replaced) but was very courteous and explained the process.

Connor was prompt, knowledgeable and made sure to walk me through what my issue was and how he would fix it. He was tidy, thorough and informative considering my unique business needs.

Cole is a wonderful young fellow. He was understanding of our needs and was ready to answer all of our questions. I hope to not have anymore more plumbing problems, but if repairs raise their nasty head, Cole will be our man.

I had Superior Plumbing inspect my water heater because it was not as hot as it should be. Kurtis the plumber called ahead to tell me he was on the way, came within the allotted time frame and fixed the problem. I would recommend Superior Plumbing and Kurtis for any plumbing work. It was a pleasure.
