I noticed recently that the sump pump at the house was continually running. The weather had been very cold during the night and I was concerned that the external hose might have frozen. I contacted Superior Plumbing who sent Andrew out to have a look at the problem. Andrew quickly identified the problem and confirmed my suspicions. He corrected the problem and averted what could have been a major failure of the sump pump. Andrew was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciated his quick and effective response to the problem and would recommend him and Superior Plumbing to friends and family.

Kurt's was a very pleasant and well mannered tradesmen.
He explained everything I needed to know. At no time did he try to make me do something I didn't want to do.
I would use Superior Plumbing without hesitation again !

During the deep freeze days last week, we ended up having a home plumbing emergency and looked for someone to come help. Fortunately, we had Cole from Superior Plumbing come out to support us - on the same day - when we were available. He took the time to make sure he understood what was going on and then explained it to us. He even took the time to explain it to my 3 year old who was soooo interested in the plumber who came to save our bathroom. He was thorough, cleaned up after himself, and super kind. We have a favourite plumber for any of our future needs - and would definitely recommend him to anyone else who is looking for a great plumber.

Ray was quick and thorough.
He even cleaned my kitchen faucet at no charge when he saw it was a simple job.
Then only thing that would have made the service call better was if your service people had shoe/boot covers for inside the home.

We reached out to Superior Plumbing after our basement flooded. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and send someone out. Bruce came to our home to evaluate. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We appreciated all his advice and thorough feedback.

I am so impressed and thankful for Kurtis. I spent a couple days trying to find a plumber who would be honest, KIND and actually help me with my plumbing issues and am so happy I found Kurtis and Superior Plumbing! I recently moved to the area and needed a gas barbecue line ran quickly. They squeezed me in and did a great, clean job. I highly recommend them, and will call them if I need any future service.

Had JND install a gas line in my backyard. Very professional, quick to reply, quote and get the job done. Awesome job by the way. They had to remove some deck boards and drill through the deck. They put everything back perfectly, can't even tell they were here. Highly recommended!

I left several voice messages never called me back. Too late now. Went with another company who returned my calls and they got my business

They helped me out of a jam .I find found them very competent And helpful

They hooked up a gas line for a new range, they were able to come out quickly and did a great job.
