I was looking for a cleaner to help an individual with special needs whom lives alone but lacks the ability to keep a tidy environment . All I can say is Bianca and her team every time go in and do an amazing job, while never making this individual feel inadequate. They go above and beyond and ensure to provide feedback and updates with things this individual would benefit from. She has advocated to the landlord directly, and stood her grounds to ensure responsibility is taken accordingly with all parties involved. Her and her team have become trusted members of our extended family and I can not recommend them enough.

Would not suggest to use for cleaning unless you have the time to be there the whole day as they're cleaning. Will make up any narrative to tack on extra charges

Bianca is overpriced and unreasonable. I needed a cleaner to work outside of the area we normally service and hired her to clean multiple units. Once I was able to source out alternatives I came to realize she was charging me DOUBLE what 3 other companies were quoting. Irregardless I still decide to use her on occasion. She was upset that I wasn’t using her exclusively (even though that was never discussed or promised) and decided she did not want to continue with a part time arrangement. She claimed to leave some of her products in one of our units (at her choosing) and when she came to retrieve them complained that some cleaning supplies were missing. I told her that she should not have left anything there as many people come and go and we would not be responsible for anything that was left without our knowledge. She then decided to threaten to take us to court over $50 worth of cleaning. Beware if you decide to work with her as she is not trustworthy and likes to make false claims.

I have been dealing with some illness and my house was a disaster. It hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in some time. Miss B's cleaning team came and spent the entire day (and I do mean ENTIRE day) to deep clean my house! It was unreal. The cabinets, the walls, the windows, the bathroom; oh nelly! Not a crevice was missed or light fixture left uncleaned. I cried. My home was sparkling. I can't wait to have them come back every 2 weeks to help us maintain it. If you need a cleaner for any type of clean - look no further! This is the one.

All I can say is WOW! I feel incredibly lucky to have met Bianca and Sarah and have them clean my home. I started with a deep clean and they did not miss a tiny spot in my apartment. Even did the windows on the balcony and sliding glass doors, which no one has ever done before. I have hired people in the past to help me maintain my home, but I have never had anyone with standards as high as Bianca‘s.
Even the way she makes my bed, I feel like I’m staying in a high-end hotel when I walk into my bedroom! The cleaning is top notch accompanied by a professionalism that’s outstanding. Great communication, on time, honest and friendly. The bonus is I trust her and Sarah so much, I just walk out the door when they’re here and know I’ll be thrilled to come back to a shiny apartment. ❤️

"High standards" really means something to Bianca, she leaves our home impeccable every single time!

We've had Miss B's clean our home regularly for over a year. We also recently leveraged them for a deep clean at one of our rental units. The deep clean was a big undertaking ... and WOW, they crushed it! The team worked very hard, brought in some industrial strength cleaning products, and their deep clean results were miraculous!

We can't recommend Miss B's enough, you won't regret entrusting your home to Bianca, Sarah and the entire team.

I recently moved into a new apartment and had asked for a deep clean to get settled. Courtney and Sarah did such an amazing job and I will definitely be returning in the future! Great communication from all parties! So happy to have found a reliable cleaning company in Niagara.

I've honestly tried out a few different companies for my house cleaning and came back to bianca and her team. Nobody can get the job done nearly as well as them, and although the rates are slightly higher you truly get what you pay for. I love coming home to relax after they've been here and not finding spots that were missed as I was with other companies

I paid almost $400 for a 4-hour “reset” clean of the main floor of my house (no bedrooms), including the kitchen and one small bathroom. While some visible areas were done well, important areas were missed, including buildup behind the toilet and behind the bathroom sink. For this price, missing behind the only toilet is unacceptable.

I contacted the company about the missed cleaning and was initially told they would come back. After I sent a video showing the missed areas, I was accused of “snatching toothpaste” simply for moving it to show the surface underneath. The interaction became uncomfortable and accusatory. To be clear, toothpaste was never part of my complaint.

I was hesitant to leave a one-star review because much of the cleaning was done well, but I am very unsettled by how this was handled afterward. I have attached photos of both what was missed in the washroom and the conversation for context.

Bianca and her team did an incredible job this weekend, doing a deep clean to get my house ready to sell. All the ladies were kind, energetic and fun! They worked hard, were dedicated and had great attention to the smallest details. I would highly recommend them!

From the initial call to the end of service, Miss B's Cleaning Solutions is a class act! It is evident by the service that the staff are well skilled, take a great amount of pride in their work and enjoy their positions. This makes for a successful team. Nicole is outstanding! My elderly mom needed to hire someone to clean her home and is completely thrilled with the results she received! It's hard to impress her; she's a senior set in her ways. Nicole came in and worked tirelessly at cleaning what my mom requested and she couldn't be happier! Thank you Nicole, from the bottom of my heart, for addressing her needs so quickly.
