Asked for a deep clean of a bathroom, living room and kitchen. Not only was the cleaner 40 minutes late, but they only stayed for 5 hours. They cleaned a toilet and the walls of the shower. Not even the floor of the shower or the sink. I was charged 197 dollars for 1 incomplete bathroom. Would not recommend. The owner did not even offer any money back or more cleaning.

As a realtor I have providers reaching out to me on the daily trying to win business. When those providers don't respond back in a timely manner it's automatically business lost. I reached out to Prestige Cleaning for quote on a last minute job and they responded within minutes which is a must have for me when working with any providers. Their cleaners were timely, kind, and very helpful going above and beyond what they were required to do. I will be working with them again and hope that after you read this will do so too.
