Nabeel Hilole probably one of the best maintenance we have service us. Called late at night, within 15 minutes was at our house for a service and fixed out issue. He's a trustworthy technician, and would highly recommend. Does a throughout inspection and fixes issues in no time at all.

Routine maintenance but showed up very quickly. Polite helpful service answered all my questions. Gave me options for parts that should be replaced but no pressure to have the work completed by them. No extra costs, charged for the routine maintenance on my furnace that I booked and that included my humidifier and air exchanger.

Long story short...Syles charged me over 1500 dollars for a main board on my furnace and left before making sure it cycled properly. It was running constantly so I had someone else come out to look at it because I was told if they had to come back there would be a charge for them to look at it again. The other company discovered, and I can verify, that three wires weren't connected properly by the Syles employee and I probably didn't even need a new motherboard because the thermostat was probably the problem. I will not be recommending their services to anyone I know and they certainly won't be coming back here again!!!

I wanted to share a great experience that I had today when having our furnace and fireplaces serviced by Curtis. From the moment he arrived he was very pleasant, respectful and courteous. He took off his shoes without being asked and was super careful in his work. He was excellent in explaining all the things he was doing and made me more than at ease with his honest approach. His attention to detail when cleaning the fireplaces was second to none! Both fireplaces look better than new now and are ready for the colder months ahead. I want to thank Curtis for his professionalism and the team at Syles. Every crew I have worked with before and the staff in the office have been helpful, honest, and treat you like a valued customer. I would highly recommend them all to anyone needing HVAC services and more. Sylvio has built a great team to help customers in the Windsor-Essex Region! Thanks!

I just had our tankless water heater replaced by Aaron.
Aaron was very professional and efficient. I just had hip surgery and could not get around well and Aaron was very accommodating, making sure I did not have to get up and move around. Last year I had EnercareSyles install a battery backup sump pump and could not be more pleased with the services provided

Curtis was the most courteous and knowledgeable HVAC technician I have ever dealt with. He diagnosed a very difficult problem and saved a senior citizen hundreds of dollars in service charges. I was very pleased with the work of installing a new furnace /AC unit to my condo. The
two service workers were very courteous and knowledgeable. They worked in a timely manner and were respectful of my living space. I would definitely call Syles to do any
future work needed.

We had Syles put in a shutoff to the outside water line. Ben and Phil were very efficient and did a great job. I would highly recommend them !

Chad Brockman arrived at my home with Mason and wired up and installed a new furnace and thermostat just in time for the extreme cold just before New Year's Eve and in time for the long weekend. They were kind and courteous and professional and worked well as a team to get the job done. I am so appreciative of the help to get my heat and hot water running during the busy holiday season with Syles Enercare & Mechanical Services, with all of the workers congenial and hard at work to get the jobs done. Today on Christmas Eve, Phil did a great job, saw the issues and worked thoroughly, as well as cordial and friendly. He did a great job in order to get the whole process started.
I am now still having the hot water tank installed with Alex and Steve at this time. All workers have been very nice and Thank You for coming out on Christmas Eve nice and early to take care of me. My pets, Samson watching guard beside me, are all thankful to get this updated equipment today. Thank you Doug for taking care of us here. Happy Holidays!

Hi, my visit today with Steve R. and Alex just finished up before 11:45am! They both did a great job, explained how to work the new hot water tank and surprised at how quickly things are up and running. I was shown any new connections and venting, how things work, notified about vapour sensors with detergent storage, etc. which I had no idea about. Thank you for sending such nice people to help me at the height of the holidays...Christmas Eve. I really appreciate how helpful SylesEnercare has been and clean up spotless to what is was when they arrived today! Thank you so much for the good work, Peace of Mind and Peace on Earth!!

On Dec 24, 2025 we awoke in Amherstburg with the furnace not working and the house was 66 F. I called Enercare for a service call and the service person, Nabeel, appeared at 10am. He very quickly determined that the igniter had failed and would need replacing. Unfortunately, he did not have a replacement for our
particular furnace in his truck and stated that most suppliers were closed the day before Christmas. After several calls he set out in his truck to find a replacement. He returned in two hours with the replacement in hand which he found in Tecumseh. The igniter was replaced and the furnace started immediately and has been running perfectly ever since. He was very polite and knowledgeable and showed me the part which had failed. We were impressed with his commitment to solving our problem.

We had a problem on a Saturday with a thermostat that had stopped working overnight in my mom's house. We called Syles and they sent out Kris promptly to replace it. He showed up quickly and was very knowledgeable and efficient in replacing the thermostat and having my mom's furnace up and running. We appreciate the quick work done, especially since it was January and freezing outside. Thank you Syles and Kris! We'll definitely recommend you and use your services again!!!

Hello i recently had a young man come to my house whose name is Matteo to fix my water tank he took his time did a great job and answered all the questions that I had even extra ones. He was very respectful and even explained to us what happened and what to do if it will happen again

I recently had my AC unit installed outside my home by Dante and Quinn from Enercare Syles HVAC, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful.

They took the time to explain the installation process clearly and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Their workmanship was clean and precise, and it was obvious they take pride in what they do.

What stood out the most was how well they cleaned up after the job was completed. They left the work area spotless and made sure everything was properly set up and running efficiently before leaving. Most importantly, they made sure I was completely happy with the installation.

Excellent customer service and quality work. I would highly recommend Enercare Syles to anyone looking for professional HVAC work and excellent technicians.

I am a business owner locally and I have used Temperate Control Services many times - as a female who may not know what is exactly broke and needing repairs, I appreciate the honesty of TPC - if I needed a new flux capacitor, I wouldn't know it! So I trust the expertise and professionalism of Dean and recently Tyler - great employees and technicians! These repair jobs are never going to be cheap but at least I know they wont take advantage of me .. for all my fridges, freezers and air conditioning. Call them! Thanks guys!
