Nabeeel was absolutely professional in technical knowledge and In customer service. Very happy with the explanation of issue and the furnace repair / part needed.

Came home to a hot house and when I called they were able to be here in 15 min. Curtis was very courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem within the hour. Would recommend 💯

Aric and his apprentice was exceptional very professional and thorough. He explained everything perfectly and did a very clean install. After install they cleaned up the work area like they weren’t even there.

We had an on demand hot water tank installed today after our old tank started to leak. Aric and his helper Mat were very professional and efficient while they were here doing the install.
If you’re considering switching from a conventional hot water tank to tankless I would highly recommend calling Syles!

The 2 guys that came out went out of their way to make sure they fully got our kitchen sinks drain unclogged. We already had snaked it with a 50 ft snake and they had it close to 80ft in. Cleaned up the mess from everything and we're over all friendly. They came within the hour as well all the way to leamington from tecumseh to help us out!

Technicians were prompt. They answered all my concerns. They respected my property. They carried out work smoothly and in quick time. Very thorough and calculated.
Most of all the install looks neat and tidy and it is working as it should.

Syles was excellent from start to finish, after a service call they recommended a new tankless water heater, which they installed. They were on time, clean and professional, installing the unit in the time frame as described. The installere Ken and Nick did a great job, I would recommend and use them again!

Hot water tank service was required. Kris was excellent in explaining the cause of the tank’s reason for failing to ignite the heater. Though it was a quick fix, Kris took the extra time to test the operation several times before being satisfied the repair was complete. Thanks again for being so thorough Kris.

On Friday Feb 24 we had Syles Mechanical install a new HVAC (furnace & AC) systems. Brenden & Brad did an excellent job with the installation. They were very diligent and efficient and completed the job in a few hours. We are very happy with our new high efficiency heating & cooling systems. I am sure it will save us $$ and service us for many years to come. Great job Syles!

Josh and Matt great guys! Very knowledgeable and friendly, came into the house kept everything nice and clean, laid down tarps to walk on. Did a very good job with the plumbing and gas, very neat looking. You can tell these guys are good craftsmen that know their stuff. They explained the whole process thoroughly and executed the project quickly and efficiently. They took my reliance heater and are taking care of the return and everything. Top notch service provided by Syles spoke with Doug on the phone really took care of me, and Josh and Matt great installers. Very happy with the service provided. Syles is a much more personable experience opposed to Reliance.

Anthony is very helpful and patient in helping find the problem with my tankless water heater. He stayed longer than he had to. Found the problem and is coming back to fix and finish. Super guy, an asset to the company.

Technician’s Quinn and Dante were friendly and professional. They were on time, and completed the job efficiently. Respected the home and kept it tidy. Ensured all my questions were answered before their departure. Great experience. Would recommend 100%.

I would give 0 if I could but it seems I dodged a bullet. Called for quote on HVAC, salesperson Dan Sheply showed up. Wanted price Armstrong, he suggested Lennox ( lol) saying about same price. I said ok both . He only provided Lennox quote, I ask for Armstrong quote as like everyone I have been reading nothing good about Lennox. He simply took the Lennox quote and substituted the product name to Armstrong. Exact same price to the penny lol. Nice round numbers too. The Armstrong quote did not provide product numbers so I ask Dan for them. His reply was I am on holidays. He never made contact again. It was obvious they/ he didn’t want my business and I couldn’t be happier. I initially went to Syles bc I thought they were a family owned company, Not!
So now I am giving my several thousand dollars to a true small privately owned company who is BBB accredited and has been serving Windsor for years; GUARANTEED COMFORT.
I dodge a bullet and couldn’t be happier
