Dr. Dan has been my go to for appliance repair for over 25 years. Pricing is fair and maintenance tips for appliance longevity and to help avoid future issues are appreciated. It's comforting having someone I know I can trust that always has my best interest in mind.

Terrible service, guy had me wait 3 days and then when he showed up to repair it he looked at it for 15 seconds and told me he’d contact his buddy to take a look, haven’t heard anything since and that was 4 days ago.

Absolute waste of your time

I can't speak to Dr. Dan's work but after speaking to him on the phone there's no way I'd hire him. He spoke as though I was inconveniencing him. His tone was very off-putting and condescending. I chose another appliance repair service who were not only very pleasant but also less expensive.

Dr. Dan just left my house. This man definitely knows his stuff and his experience shows. I was ready to buy a new washing machine but thought I’d have someone take a look at it first. Sure enough he solved the problem literally in seconds. Saved me a ton of money ! Super friendly and personable guy and fair in his pricing. Thanks a ton Dr. Dan !

Called Dan this morning, as our dishwasher had stopped working. He was able to offer a same-day appointment. He arrived when he said, quickly diagnosed the problem, and contacted his supplier right away for parts. He followed up immediately when he found the part is no longer available, and gave us some good information for purchasing a new dishwasher. Prompt, efficient, friendly service.

My husband called Dan about our fridge leaking and to take a look at our washer. He was able to come fix our fridge that same day and ordered the parts for our washer. His prices were very reasonable and our washer now works like new again. Will be going to Dan for all our appliance repair needs in the future. Thank you again for everything!

Dr.Dan serviced our dryer yesterday he was here when he said he would be was very efficient diagnosed and repaired the problem within an hour would definitely use him again.

Dr Dan was awesome! He found the part needed for my old fridge and saved me the trouble of replacing it entirely. While he was fixing the part he initially was contacted to do he found a secondary issue and got right to work on that too. Can't recommend him enough!

I was in need of an appliance repair, I read the reviews on Dr. Dan and decided I would go with him. I must say that I'm happy with the results, he was quick, efficient, did everything that was needed and I found the prices to be very fair. Over many years we have had Dan over to fix a variety of appliances. Always friendly and he knows his stuff. What I like about Dan is that he always tells you as it is, and what your options are about your appliance. Good price and appointments booked very quickly. Professional work and someone you trust. Honest guy, you do typically pay for the service appointment upfront via e-transfer, but Dan is very fair and refunds you any excess. I used his services twice now for my property in Windsor, the most recent to repair a washer, unfortunatly the appliance was beyond repair however Dan went above and beyond to return the part and refunded me a good chunk of my money, mitigating my costs. He stayed calm and professional throughout the whole process, even through tougher moments. Thanks again for your honesty and prompt response
