Our homes are our havens. So who do you call when your masterpiece suddenly becomes a disaster piece? As a victim of the August 2023 flood, I needed the assistance of an excellent restoration company. I found that company in Parker DKI.
From my initial meeting with project manager Nic Fisher, I had confidence that my restoration was in the best possible hands.
Words alone can never express how grateful I am to Nic in his coordination of all the work and the superlative tradespeople that he organized to repair the extensive storm damage to my home. I really appreciated that Nic took genuine care to listen to what I wanted and that he and the skilled Parker crew captured my vision for the restoration. Thank you Nic for your professionalism, compassion, wit and sense of humor which helped to make a difficult time enjoyable. Best project manager ever!!

I would like to thank Nick and his team for the incredible work they did on my home after a kitchen flood. They took care of every aspect of the restoration from start to finish. They were prompt and very professional. Nick was very personable and has made some great recommendations regarding cabinet choices, flooring, and trim work. He kept me updated on the progress and timeline. The final product turned out wonderful and I couldn't be more satisfied. I would highly recommend Nick and DKI Parker for any future renovations.

I brought in a pair of cycling shoes to be cleaned. They had many seasons of indoor training and outdoor use. It was their TIME to be cleaned. Parker DKI did a fantastic job of cleaning and especially refreshing the shoes. It was well worth the small cost.

About 4 weeks ago while I was home my dishwasher water line burst and it flooded the complete upper level of the house so I freaked out and didn't know what to do but I settled down and called CAA insurance, BTW best insurance company to work with if you have a situation, The following day a guy Named Nick called and he promptly came in like 1 hour and he looked at it and said they would be in and out within 2 to 3 weeks, I thought to myself no way with all the damage and new plywood had to be laid but Nick hit his target and was all about business and he has get ideas to change your layout of your kitchen to the better, I had a old oak table with 6 chairs and he said why don't you get rid of that table and put a island, my reply was WOW what a great idea. Nick was so easy to work with I am very happy that he overseen the project, honestly Parker is very lucky to have Nick as a leader and very professional. If I have any other projects I will definitely be calling Nick, Great work from him and his team. All that's left is painting the inside walls and ceilings. Granite is being installed this Saturday. Thank You, Thank YOU, THANK YOU, DKI Parker… for Saving our Reno!!
We were in a renovation nightmare! It began at the beginning of June and was supposed to be roughly 42 to 56 days (6-8 weeks in total). The before pictures were as of day 96 which was another 40 days (almost 6 more weeks) later, with no finish line insight with our old contractor. There were many, many issues and we were overwhelmed and devastated, not knowing where to turn. Winter was coming soon and it was starting to get very cold at nights and in the mornings, especially with no ceilings and some walls needing to be insulated and closed up. We called a trusted company Bedal’s Plaster & Drywall to get some advice and a quote to close things up. Well, Shayne Bedal, did more than deliver on that, he called some people he knew, and introduced us to a representative from DKI Parker. The representative came in, looked at everything that needed to be done/fixed, called in some people they partner/subcontract with, Kitchen Korner, Colautti Brothers flooring, and Bedal’s Plaster & Drywall, along with Pro Trades for the electrical and plumbing. They were all so kind and sympathetic to our situation that we were very humbled by the care and comfort they all gave us. They came in and took care of everything. Again, we can’t say enough of how kind, helpful and diligent they all were in getting our job done quick, efficiently, and correctly! We didn’t even know that DKI Parker would do a job such as this, but they did, and they did it with such care and compassion in every aspect of the job. They were WONDERFUL to work with, along with all of their partners on our project. A Big SHOUTOUT to Shayne, Robert, Ben and Tom at Bedal’s Plaster & Drywall. To Mason, at Colautti Bros flooring, for the Beautiful floors and backsplash. To Brad, Caroline, Eric and Ron at Kitchen Korner, for the Gorgeous cabinets, Island and countertops…we’re in love! To all of the guys who came in from Pro Trades and did the plumbing and electrical work. But most of all to the guys and hard workers from DKI Parker, Jeremy, Adam, Tom, Nolan, Joe, Tyler and anyone else that worked on our job for pulling it all together for us. It is most definitely our dream space now for sure. It was a pleasure working with and meeting you all…this is how a renovation is supposed to be done, with great communication and collaboration between all parties involved. We would recommend DKI Parker to anyone who is in need of a job well done.

After $300 paid to Louis at ADVANCED. Bought a Bissell the next day and did it myself. These are the PICTURES ABOVE of my tank afterwards I sent ADVANCED the pics and told them I had to spend OVER $300 on the Bissell to do it myself. They would not refund my money under any circumstances. BBB is my next stop. Note, dear carpet cleaners, please use own trucks. When you use trucks from other companies it may be confusing for people.

Poor service . Put in sod recently , and covered all 3 of my sprinkler heads (pic 1) . Sod rolls were never trimmed back , hanging all over the sidewalk 1 inch in every location. (Pic 2) Ground was not leveled as well with any topsoil whatsoever. Sod was also placed overtop original grass in a few spots . Obviously didnt have an xacto knife handy i assume ,
Or everyone was in a hurry that day to get home for dinner . Should have been a supervisor around to train these people putting in the grass or something ?? You think .

I wouldnt even trust them to mow my lawn after this work !!!
