Hands-down the most professional landscaper owner I have ever met! Not only does he return phone calls and shows up on time but he also kept me updated… But most importantly the patio that I hired him to do turned out better than I could have envisioned! They cleaned the mess daily and at the end of the job he made sure that my yard was put back together as though no machinery had even been through it! He and his crew were so professional and worked diligently that I would give him 10 stars if I could… I would recommend this company to anyone seeking landscaping and hardscaping work! All round excellent experience…

Dave and his work crew are absolutely wonderful. Professional experts that really know their work. They rebuilt our 32 year old in-ground pool, completely, from the ground up.
It looks better than ever. My wife and I are more than satisfied. Dave started and finished the project on time with NO hidden or surprise costs. The total cost for the complete renovation was very fair and exactly what I expected. He is one of the best business owners I have ever dealt with.

Dave and his helper Darren replaced the liner in our above ground pool this week. I watched them go about the process (out of interest in how it's done) from start to finish. These guys are good. Dave had a few surprises as he dismantle the caps to find completely rusted out screws. A great problem solver, he went about the job at hand unfazed. Both Dave and Darren were very thorough, taking care of every detail; also very personable and ready to answer any of my questions. It seems odd to say but with so many stories of scams and poor workmanship, these guys demonstrated that there are still great companies out there that can be trusted to do the job right.
I am totally satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them. 5 STARS HANDS DOWN!

We had a few minor leaks in our pool liner. Dave was prompt, professional, and extremely polite He ensured that all of the leaks were located and sealed and was true to his quote, despite having to make two trips. Excellent service, and I have no hesitation in recommending Innovative Installs.

Dr Dan came same day service for our gas dryer ,,had parts available with him ,,reasonable priced ,very friendly and knowledgeable of product. Thank you ! Definitly recommend 😀

Dan is the man! I found a way to mess up my washing machine beyond belief and he was so helpful. Had complete confidence and took perfect care of the machine not a scratch on it works new! Thanks Dan!

Dan was very professional. We had a fridge/freezer that was not working properly. When he arrived, he knew exactly what the problem was, had the part in his van, and it was fixed immediately. Very pleased!

I looked the internet for appliances repair and called Dan ( he called himself Dr. Dan !!!) for my Dish Washer to be fixed. I thought it was the heating element that caused the problem. Dan asked for $90 to just have a look and then he will calculate his labour per hour + the parts cost. I agreed. He came to my house and my wife was waiting for him. I was with him over the phone and he diagnosed the problem is only the drain hose which didn't function properly and made the water accumulated in the dish washer . He trimmed the hose and asked me to try the washer and let him know if any problem. He left after he spent about 15-20 minuets asking for $110 in cash!!! We tried the washer the same day then the day after and in both times the machine was bringing water on the floor. called him again on Monday to tell him the problem. He asked for $90 as a visit charge again + the labour time per hour + the parts cost . I rejected as I paid him already the visit charge in the first time and I wouldn't pay it again. I told him he already got paid for the diagnoses visit and I would pay him labour hours + the parts cost only. He made the visit charge $60 and I rejected too. He threaten me by his lawyer if any bad review on google.
Beside his rudeness , he is not professional or reliable and I would never call him back or recommend him to any body.

Fantastic service, he recognized the problem with our dishwasher immediately, ordered the part and was in to fix it the day after he received it. He has repaired several appliances for us, we hope he stays in business forever!

Was prompt and very professional. I was very satisfied with the way he was handling COVID-19, by wearing a mask at all times. I highly recommend him and will use him fir all repairs.

Dr. Dan has repaired appliances for us for many years. He is the only repairman we think of calling, because he is professional, knowledgeable, and honest.
When looking for an appliance he has recommended ones that have stood the test of time.
We highly recommend him.

Had a problem with my washing machine a few weeks ago. Dan showed up the next morning and took care of the issue at the agreed rate.
He has also helped me with my dishwasher in past years.

I would like to start by say the lady who gave him a one star review is a shame. You have no idea what this mans story is ( health ) . He is out every dad trying to make it like the rest of us . I on the other hand appreciate the questions he poses and love that he does. For me I wish I could give him more than 5 STARS. He came out quickly for us diagnosed the problem. Changing the part didn’t do it and he told me straight up . I will make it right, and he did . He came back and found another problem replaced the part and didn’t ask for any more money .
He was awesome all the way and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good /honest person to take care of them .

It's the second time I've had Dan out, and both times he identified a quickly remedied problem rather than a costly repair. Also impressed that he took precautions around Covid-19, including screening and wearing a mask. Thanks!

We called Dan to repair our gas dryer. He was there the next day, right on time, and already had the part with him to fix the problem. Excellent, quick service. Would recommend & we’ll be using him again for any future appliance repairs.

My Washing machine stopped working, it had major program failures. The machine is only 2 and half years old and the 2 year manufacturers guarantee had expired.
Dr Dan diagnosed the fault, a failed mother board , ordered the part and fitted it very promptly, Very speedy service. I later determined that the repair was covered under an extended guarantee through my credit card, Dr Dan provided additional paperwork which enabled me to claim for the repair, thank you Dr Dan
