I strongly advise against purchasing from Best Buy stores, as their credibility is questionable. I bought a refrigerator in March 2024, and on the very day it arrived, I noticed scratches on the drawers. When I contacted them, they promised to send replacements. However, less than six months later, the water and ice dispenser stopped working, rust appeared on the freezer door, and the seal started to crack. Despite numerous attempts to fix these issues, only the freezer door was repaired—and they replaced it with a cover lacking the KitchenAid logo. Clearly, Best Buy is an untrustworthy company. Save yourself the trouble and avoid wasting money on their products.

They were sent by the insurance company last year for flood damage. After only 6 hours of work the charge was $7,000. I found this excessive. The workers were foul mouthed and grouchy.
My neighbours have just hired them and I could hear the workers swearing angrily about difficulty parking. This caused me flashbacks to the horrible experience I had so I posted this review a year late. Stay away from this company.

We recently had a claim and we had Parker do the job. They were really great from start to finish. Professional, funny, and super careful with our belongings. We would recommend them anytime.

Let me begin by saying, I understand tonight is Christmas Eve. For a company that continually advertises their 24/7 emergency services no matter the day, holiday or time, I was extremely disappointed in their response tonight.
We called tonight after two units had a large top down flood creating a lot of water damage that needed emergency restoration services, we were told that the owner had declined our request. Took me as surprise as I have given a lot of business to this company in the past and had nothing but honest service before.
I was extremely disappointed in their unprofessional behaviour tonight. Unfortunately I will not be using this company again or recommend them anymore.

Carpenter and drywaller were great. After that everything fell a part. Why do I, as a client, have to do their job and try and organize sub trades for my insurance job? I had a SMALL water claim go through . Three weeks later decided to finish the painting and floor myself. When they filed an adjustment they claimed for work that was not done. Typical contractor out to screw the customer. Be careful and read all fine orint

Nick and the team were extremely helpful once they’ll were assigned to us. They were sympathetic to our situation and worked efficiently. They didn’t care how many times I called to see the progress of the insurance company, and I called a lot!! I would definitely go back for any major projects!!
